Go see Suzi, she is friendly, thorough and professional!! I used to go to Ulta for my waxes but I stumbled on this gem on Indian Ripple in Beavercreek. So glad I did and I'm picky!!

Didn't push my cuticles back, didn't shape good. Many nails were uneven and crooked. They looked like bubble nails because the person who did my nail kept dipping into the powder so much. I was $48, and I was a bit upset.

Ive gone to kathy nails several times and unfortunately had a not so pleasant experience today. I arrived at 5:30 to get a fill in and pedi and was advised to get a take off and full set. I chose my color for my toes and they didnt have a matching nail color. Debating on whether or not to use gel polish or regular to prevent mess ups, i was told by the owner that if i chose a color they couldnt take it off if I didnt like it bc they were "ready to go home". I also was ready ...to go home after working all day and no matter how early i arrive, im always the last to leave. There was also fungus on my nail which ive NEVER had so i asked if they were going to treat it and the owner said "i just filed it off". What????? I still have a mini brown spot on my nail and to make it worse, when i leave the salon, the color on my nails and toes are noticeably different in the light (the dark salon deceives the color). 105 dollars later I'm reminded that they are "ready to go home". I feel that if I've spent hundreds of dollars with this salon over the years, and referred friends, they should be more professional with their clients. Very disappointed and am seeking another salon! They can take your money and tips, but dont strive to make the customers happy. See More

Ive gone to kathy nails several times and unfortunately had a not so pleasant experience today. I arrived at 5:30 to get a fill in and pedi and was advised to get a take off and full set. I chose my color for my toes and they didnt have a matching nail color.
