First time here and it will be my last!!!! I sat for over an hour with 3 people in front of me... she called a girl up that came in after me and I told her that i should be next. Looked at the list and i was skipped twice. So she sat me in her chair, after ten min, she didn't come back, i needed to pee. I went to use the restroom and she was in the break room eatting. After aboit 15 min, she came OUT. I needed a fill in and painted blue and white with 2 anchors. She did an awful job on my anchors and it cost me almost 30 $!!!! Went here two days ago for the first time to get a balanace. I will NOT be ever going back again. They were nice until they got my money. I got a balance with acrylic and regular polish with gel clear coat. The guy did mine and after he had me set with the UV light to dry the gel coat. When i waa finished he said your good to go and dry. I left and two hourd later my nails started to look like the polish was eating itself. Even into the next day i could make impressions all over the nails. When i returned the day after i got them in the morning the guy who did them wasnt there. So i asked the woman to repaint them with another color. She got completely crazy rude and told me i had to pay extra for another color. Why would i have to pay extra? She got completely rude like i was tryin to get stuff for free and by the end when i aaked for a manager or my money back she ignored me and walked into the back and came out and watched tv. Why would i put the same polish on for it to do the same thing like it already had been even into the second day... Read Less

Smh. I will never go to this place again. I spend my hard earned money with this place and I was very disappointed The man that did my nails was very rude and short with me. I got an overlay and it hasn't even been two weeks. My acrylic has chipped and my polish looks terrible. This spot is really close to my house and I try giving them a second and third chance and of course I always get let down And reminded why I shouldn't come back. Whoever the owner is needs to hire some quality nail techs that actually take pride in their job. This place literally sucks and I don't recommend you spend any kind of money here!!!!
