Was an okay experience, the tech I had wasn’t experienced with some of the latest trends. This was the most expensive fill in I’ve ever gotten $51.00 for a fill. Thank god I didn’t get a pedicure or I would of been sweeping the floors to pay off my debt. I’ve been to many fancy nail salons, this one isn’t. And the nice fancy salons I go to never charge 50 bucks for a fill in.

Very dissatisfied with the customer service I received at Glamour Nails! I wanted my nails done for an important event, but Daisy’s husband let me down. He also had the audacity to become very upset when I indicated that I was dissatisfied with my nails. For example, he stood up and exclaimed that he will not do my nails. How is that professional?!? The funny thing is I didn’t want him to touch my nails in the first place!!!
He should be happy that I told him in advance. He needs to learn how to accept feedback and constructive criticism. Furthermore, he should be more attentive, empathetic, and actively listen to clients. I am simply NOT going to pay for a service that was not done properly. I will NEVER return to this place!
On the bright side, I was happy to find another nail salon around the corner to do my nails for graduation!

Mai is my girl. But all they staff is hilarious, down to earth and it's nice that they actually remember their repeat customers. I won't change my nail spa unless I move.

I have been getting my nails done for 20 years, typically I will change salons every couple years I look for a new Nail Salon,( service, quality, availability issues) my sister took me with her to Glamour nails 12 years ago and I have been going here since. I moved to Columbus for a year and drove back on the weekends to have my nails done here because I always ran into quality issues at other salons I tried. Personally, I prefer quality and willing to pay for it. I feel like the quality is consistently good and my nails do not lift when I get them done here. Needless to say I highly recommend Glamour Nails, and if you looking for a nice French manicure look try Pink and White ( quick uv drying) and last for weeks!

I had an appointment to get an acrylic fill and was put with Daisy. First, she cut my nails down too short. Then I told her the corners on a couple of nails were coming away from my natural nail, she tells me there was nothing she could do. It's never been a problem at any other nail salon I've ever been to, it happens every time as I'm hard on my hands. She then argues with me about it and tells me to go back to my regular place. Needles to say she didn't finish my nails and I left. It was so awkward, I regret going. I went to Bella Nail Bar up the street and they took very good care of me and were very accommodating, I would recommend them.

They were rude to my aunt as well and told her she couldn't come back. My mom and sisters came in one day to get pedi and nails done and refused to service them. LaLa is incredibly talented. Think of any idea for your nails and she can make it a reality! I always get so many compliments about my nails. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I have gone to many nail salons and this one is one of my favorites. The price is right, the service is friendly and quality is nice. I usually get gel polish applied and it last the recommended three weeks and longer. Keep in mind that everyone has different nail types so what works for some may not work for others and that is at any place. For the service and price this is a great place.Daisy does waxing and is quick and again has excellent pricing on this service too.

Laurie rates up there as well - I have seen her as well if Madison was unavailable because of my schedule. I would comment on Lala, but to date have not seen her. These girls take pride in what they do and after seeing several other nail techs in the city - they are bar-non the best. Don't think twice about making an appointment - just go as see for yourself.

Cut nails too short on a fill in and asked them to redo the 2 thumbs said no she cant she has an appointment told me to cone back at 7pm I said do you want me to pay for what you've already done she said no not necessary so I got up and said ok will be back at 7 then she sent her husband outside to tell me that she doesn't want to do my nails anymore and dont come back. I said fine and walked away!!! The day before I took in a thank you card for them doing my nails for my wedding (10-28-13 which by the way did not deserve one, but I was trying to be nice.) I have never been told not to come back to any where in my life!!! Sooo I am not sure how they run a business this way but I wont recommend them to anyone ever again!!!

dont let the shop decor throw you off these people are constant professionals, friendly and talented. I showed my tech a small pic of my dress I was going to wear to my birthday and he matched the design perfect. I got an eyebrow was there as well with minimum discomfort and she was able to work around my scaring and showed my techniques to color in to show minimum scarring. will not go anywhere else ever again.

Was an okay experience, the tech I had wasn’t experienced with some of the latest trends. This was the most expensive fill in I’ve ever gotten $51.00 for a fill. Very dissatisfied with the customer service I received at Glamour Nails! I wanted my nails done for an important event, but Daisy’s husband let me down. He also had the audacity to become very upset when I indicated that I was dissatisfied with my nails. For example, he stood up and exclaimed that he will not do my nails. How is that professional?!? The funny thing is I didn’t want him to touch my nails in the first place!!!

I have gone to many nail salons and this one is one of my favorites. The price is right, the service is friendly and quality is nice. I usually get gel polish applied and it last the recommended three weeks and longer. Keep in mind that everyone has different nail types so what works for some may not work for others and that is at any place. For the service and price this is a great place.Daisy does waxing and is quick and again has excellent pricing on this service too.
