I was in the salon today for a mani and pedi. They were very busy so the service felt very rushed. The bigger issue was when I left and realized my fingers and toes didn’t match (gel on fingers and regular polish on toes, but the two come in a box to color match). I immediately went back in to show the lady the mistake and she said “well that must be the company’s (maker of the polish) error....sorry”. So she did not to make this right. I have been a long time customer there, no longer. I will not be back.

I kind of liked the place at first but the last time I went there I was not pleased. There was a new employee learning how to do nails and I became the test subject. Don't get me wrong everyone has to learn their craft and practice makes perfect but I wasn't even asked in advance. Also other times I've been my fingernails were rushed and not done right. The gentleman was always nice but the service itself was sub par

Rush jobs. Why is their an infant in the lap of the nail tech doing your nails, mom has a mask but baby doesn't? Not a great environment.

First time I've ever been. Very friendly staff, however $30 for just a gel and no manicure is absolutely ridiculous. My gel nails better last at least two weeks. I will never go back here again.

Terrible. There's always kids running around which to me is unacceptable considering you're going there to relax and get your nails done. They always rush through everything so everything always turns...
Terrible. There's always kids running around which to me is unacceptable considering you're going there to relax and get your nails done. They always rush through everything so everything always turns out looking half assed. I could not believe how awful my nails looked last time. I've been going here for a while but that was the last straw. I will never go back.

Just walked into this salon & everyone just looked at me. No hello, no what do you need!? I grab my color (I only know where to go because I've been here before) and sit back at the front. 10 minutes ...
Just walked into this salon & everyone just looked at me. No hello, no what do you need!? I grab my color (I only know where to go because I've been here before) and sit back at the front. 10 minutes of still no one asking me what I needed or letting me know how long the wait would be. I get up, sit my color down on their sign in sheet, and walk out the front door. No one said a word. To be honest I ONLY come here because there is a color I cannot find anywhere else and the sticker is missing so I don't know the name of it. The past two pedicures I've had my tech didn't even speak to me. This was my last straw at this salon. I normally don't write reviews, but this customer service is more than lacking. Save your money & tip for another salon who cares to be open!

I was in the salon today for a mani and pedi. They were very busy so the service felt very rushed. The bigger issue was when I left and realized my fingers and toes didn’t match (gel on fingers and regular polish on toes, but the two come in a box to color match). Terrible. There's always kids running around which to me is unacceptable considering you're going there to relax and get your nails done.
