I had Kelly today and she did an amazing job I got the ombré pink to white acrylic nails and she exceeded my expectations, they look just like the picture i showed her and now my nails are perfect for graduation. Definitely recommend her she takes her time and you can tell she loves what she does!

Worst experience ever. A group of 4 scheduled appointments for 6, two went straight back, one waited 25 mins the other waited an hour. They didn’t ask if we wanted our nails cut back, they didn’t cle...
Worst experience ever. A group of 4 scheduled appointments for 6, two went straight back, one waited 25 mins the other waited an hour. They didn’t ask if we wanted our nails cut back, they didn’t clean under them, they didn’t ask what shape or how we wanted them painted. They did whatever they wanted and it was like a race to get us out the door. They didn’t speak to us at all during. I have no idea how they are rated so high. We will never be back. Huge disappointment.

Today was my first visit to Elite Nail Spa. I got a deluxe pedicure and brow wax and am very happy with both. It was clean and the whole staff was friendly. For the amount of time spent on foot and leg massage and the quality of the work, the price was very reasonable. I will definitely be back!

So i have been a loyal customer of Elite nail spa for 10 years and every time I've ever in 10 years gotten them done ( honestly like 1 time every 2 years ) done any where else im freshly reminded of why i go to them.
♥️Quality. You will not get them done anywhere else with the same quality. They dont use cheap powders or cheap products. You will not be allowed to leave in less happy.
♥️Customer service. They remember your name, treat you like family, care about what works for you and your needs. If you are not happy or they mess up they will fix them with out making you feel bad.
♥️Sanitary. There will let you have them use your own set of tools they keep there or use theres thats supremely sanitized.
♥️Prices. Well there not the cheapest around, but not over priced. You get what you pay for thats for sure. There newer incentive to pay in cash no tax is nice.
♥️Suggestions. Couldn't hurt to have some kind of customer loyalty reward or coupon or deal here in there but still going to continue to go there .
♥️Overall. I would highly recommend them and suggest know whether nail shop are you still live in Indianapolis in would drive once every 2 1/2 weeks to get my nails done there. I highly recommend even if you have a regular shop for you to try them once you'll be hooked.

I've traveled all over the country and have been to numerous salons and never been MORE satisfied with the service and price which I received. Danny did a wonderful job and I received so many compliments from how beautiful my nails looked. I will defiantly travel from L.A. just to get my nail done here.

Worst experience. Nails are sloppily done. My cuticles were cut multiple times that I had to bandage a few fingers in the salon because I was bleeding everywhere. Male nail tech insulted me to my face and was very harsh with how he handled me. My gel polish has already begun to peel off (less than a day) - and it's not even the nail color I asked for. My hands are still red and swollen by how rough he was that I have to wait for them to heal before I can even go back in to get it fixed!

The other day I went in to get a new full set. Unfortunately there was a mishap and I had to return the never day to have them fixed a little. They were SO accommodating and nice. Hannah fixed my nails. She took her time and made me feel so beautiful! The manager and another tech, Kelly, checked in to make sure everything was going well. Despite having to go again, this is the best set of acrylics that I've ever had. I feel like I could be a hand model!

Disinterested technicians, young girls that are not technicians prepping customers, poor nail color application, no top coating, no offer to sit under the dryers, no neck/shoulder massage. Yeah, NOT some place I will be returning to. They won't be in business long if it keeps up like this.

The work is just not well done and complete. Twice my nails were poorly shaped and the finish was rough instead of smooth. Their prices are way too high for beginners.
