This place was terrible. The guy was incredibly rude, made me bleed a few times and rushed through my nails. He didn’t file them equally and was just all around very rude to me. I went here to get a french manicure. As soon as I arrived they immediately greeted me and were very friendly. They were very busy, every technician had a customer. A lady sat me down and started working on my nails. About 5 minutes in a group of 4 ladies walked in requesting pedicures. The lady stopped doing my nails, got up and started tending to the 4 ladies wanting pedicures. I thought she would return and finish, however she did not. The man at the next station over said he would be over to work on my nails as soon as he finished the customer he was working on. I waited about 10 minutes and could tell he was in a rush. He was rough, jerking my fingers around trying to hurry. I requested for my nails to be trimmed down and shaped rounded. He did a very poor job at shaping my nails, barely even filed them and several were uneven. I asked him to make them more round and he was giving me a hard time about it. I asked him if i could have the nail file and I could file them myself. He told me he would give me one to take home and that i could do by myself at home! (I've done this before and it takes away the polish at the end, causing the polish to peel up after a while). He did a great job painting and shaping the french tip, though overall I was very dissatisfied with his customer service skills. I unfortunately would not recommend this place. Read Less

I have been going here for years a few are very good and they know I request these people. However 2 out of 3 of the last times I had a horrible result. I had a gel manicure yesterday and today I am going to another nail salon to have them fixed. I will not be going back here again. They filed my nails almost all the way down and the polish looks like a toddler painted them. Read Less

I quit going to this place months ago! they have cut my fingers multiple times to where they bleed, the guy there is very rude, they don't listen to the type of service I want so I end up paying double for the service they charge me, the guy was FaceTiming his son while doing my nails, I have complained to them before and they did nothing to fix it, I would hold my phone with the hand he wasn't working on and he yelled at me.... Had a horrible experience here today. I asked for very little to be taken off my nails and she filed then down half way. They were all different lengths.. I'm so very unhappy and feel like I need to go pay to have them fixed someplace else. Read Less

My wife got her nails done here and the service was very poor compared to where she usually goes (US Nails). She was cut on three different cuticles from filing them off instead of cutting them. She said that some of the tips that were applied were small, so they'll probably lift. Another worker was resting her feet on my wife's chair, and touched my wife's hair to see her facial piercing. My wife was too uncomfortable to say very much and just wanted to leave. The man who did her nails seemed to be rushing even though they weren't very busy, though he was nice enough and attempting conversation, ... after hurting her hands. She chose to come here because she did not want to spring a walk in at her regularly busy salon on a Friday. She said before her nails were even painted she was tempted to walk out and go where she should have gone even though she felt bad. The tips of her nails had shavings and dust under them still when she left. The nails were applied without cleaning her natural nail and her hands weren't moisturized. Total was $49. I take her to get her nails done a lot, go to US Nails instead. Read Less
