So, I literally just left and it was a very uncomfortable experience. Not spending my money here ANYMORE!! If my mother weren’t a professional stylist, I WOULD have WALKED OUT!!! A little back story, I moved here with a pixie cut, completely bleached out and damaged (about 8 month now). I was blessed enough to have such a wonderful Momma who was a professional stylist and tried to help me fix my bleach/color hair before my move to Dayton. Well, it’s been almost a year since I’ve had my hair done professionally and I find this 5 star rating place. I’m all excited to get my hair colored, cut and styled. I have screenshots of styles that are neck length...the same as my current hair length!!! I wanted longer in the front and shorter in the back... The color was first. The colorist advised against coloring my hair and the way she explained it, it made sense! She touches up my roots and it’s off to the bar (they offer coffee, water, wine) where I had a cup of wine. The stylist (he can remain nameless) comes over and once in his seat asked if I had anything in mind..I showed him a pic with bangs with it being shorter in the back and longer in the front which was the look I was going for. He says “The modern look isn’t as symmetrical now...it’s about having the same length” (moving his index finger around my head). I showed him a pic of a style with bangs and he COMPLETELY ignored me. I told him I wanted a style that was low maintenance, and showed a pic of the type of cut I wanted. I’m not going to argue with someone who’s dealing with my food or hair! So I let him finish up. Before I left he sprayed this salt spray in my hair that has it knotted up now. I could have spent that money on a flight to Florida... Overall I give it a 2, because of the surface friendliness. I was given a gift certificate for a massage. Sherri Kennedy was professional and very skilled. She made me feel comfortable as this was my first ever massage. The environment was clean and totally relaxing. Would highly recommend this spa. Read Less

It was my first time at Bellazio and I fell in love. The atmosphere feels like your in a luxurious palace. My color stylist Drew was beyond amazing, he will forever become my stylist. I will also be taking my daughter to this salon. If you want to feel like a queen this is the place to come. Read Less

Love this place. Everyone is so nice. The salon is very nice and clean state of art decor. Has a bar with girls working there and offers you different drinks. Been going there for a while Lo does my hair. I have it colored cut and styled. Lo does a beautiful job and is so very nice! You must try this place!!! Read Less

Went for a spa day yesterday for my anniversary and unfortunately had a terrible experience!! My appointment was at 10:45 and I did not get called back until 12! Apparently there was a mix up and the wrong name was called. As I sat at the bar and waited, I over hear 3 of the workers gossiping about how the wrong name was called and that how now everyone's breaks are going to be "screwed". So I go up to the front desk and inquired about the hold up. The receptionist apologize...d and went back to speak to the owner. She came back out and said they're calling in the lady to do my facial early and I'll have my massage after. Ok, cool, I thought. She then told me the owner would be out to speak to me... he or she, never came. So as I wait more, the facial lady comes out and was very, very sweet and apologetic. She explained to me the issue and stated I would not be able to get my massage today. (My spa day included a 60 min masssage, facial, lunch, and manicure) I explained that it's my anniversary and I came for the experience and that it wouldn't be the same if I came back for my massage. She went and again spoke to the owner and offered me a 30 min massage today and I'd come back for my hour massage another time. I agree. She does my facial (a great one at that) and then on to my massage. Even though it was 30 minutes, it was a good massage! I was starting to regain my faith in the spa day. Up next, lunch. Well, the food was O.K... but what upset me is during the dessert, the waitress or whatever brought me a dirty fork and just set it on my plate, took off..... and never came back. It was the same fork, im assuming she cut my cake with. It was clearly dirty. She looked like she was in high school so I blew it off. Grand finale; my manicure. That was the worst part!!!! First, she saw I had in gel and complained about having to take it off..and continued.. and continued throughout the polish change. I call it a polish change because she did not manicure my nails, nor massage my hands; nothing that is in a basic manicure. All she did was take off my gel polish and sloppily apply the new polish. She even mentioned how my appointment should be done in 3 minutes and now she has to rush, even though I had been in the chair for 5 minutes. Overall, the massage and facial were great but everything else was horrid. Not only am I upset, but my husband is upset because of the money he spent. When I left, I did get the hour massage certificate (so really a free 30 minutes) and then the remaining 20.00 left on the certificate that I had. I will go back for my massage but after that, I will never, ever go back. I was a regular at Bellazio, from ~1999 until I moved to AZ in 2010. Now, that I moved back to OH, I will not go anywhere else. The staff is fantastic, as always. The services are reasonably priced and plentiful. I went on Saturday and had scheduled a full highlight/color and haircut. Oh, how I miss this place! We recently moved out of state, and now I fully realize what a gem Bellazio really is! Every time I went to Bellazio was a relaxing and upscale experience. I loved getting my Milky way (so delicious!!) at the coffee bar to enjoy while I received impeccable service on my hair. Lisa nailed it very time I went to her, and she helped me rebuild my self esteem by getting me out of frumpy mom mode. I enjoyed every visit, and I would highly recommend this salon. I have been going to Bellazio for many years and I love my hair girl, but she is the only reason why I keep going there. I do not get manicures or pedicures there because I don't particularly care for the setting. As for other treatments I can't really say. I wish that I would receive specials or discounts or something for my loyalty. I go to other spas for any type of body treatment. I receive offers from them for discounts but not Bellazio. I have also found that a lot of the staff at Bellazio do not have the best attitudes and are not the most friendly. If it weren't for my hair girl, I probably would not go there at all... Read Less
