I went and got a pedicure yesterday and it turned out great! It did seem a bit rushed, but they were busy for a weekday and I did not have an appointment so I completely understood. I am writing this review and giving 4 stars for two reasons. One is that one of the ladies got done doing a pedicure and immediately took her phone out and texted for nearly 10 minutes right in the middle of the floor with 4 people waiting for a pedicure. I found this quite alarming. I could understand if it was not busy, but it was busy and there were people waiting she could have helped. The second reason is because when I was checking out the woman who gave me my pedicure told another employee who was next to be helped and the woman replied, “only a pedicure right? I’m not doing a manicure and pedicure because I’m going out of town tonight and I’m not staying late.” Her tone was very rude and the fact she said this in front of other customers blew me away. All of my jobs have relied on customer service and some of the staff seems to be unknowledgable on their surroundings. I just think both of these women need to be cautious of what they say and do with customers around. Read Less

I should've paid more attention to the reviews. Got a gel mani Saturday and was picking polish off my skin for the next day. The job was so sloppy so I worried about the quality immediately. I regularly get my nails done and they wear for 2-2.5 weeks on me. My polish began to lift THE DAY AFTER I got them done and all came off today. What a waste. Read Less

When u have a customer that has been coming to ur shop for 2 yrs. Has repeatedly has sent business to u and brought family in to u.. U would think u would talk to them with respect and as a adult. I absolutely love this nails salon. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The work is always done nicely and without feeling rushed. The prices are great. Completely afforable. There is also a restroom there. The salon is very clean and fresh looking. I'd recommend this place to everyone looking to be pampered.Read Less

I have been going to this location for close to a year now...and absolutely love the service. I've never had a bad experience with anyone here. They're always very welcoming with a smile😊. My nails last until my next visit which is about a month. I highly recommend them to anyone! I've been here twice and it has honestly been the worst experience I've ever had. The first time I asked to have the SMS dipping powder on my nails. After choosing a color, that I was told would be the powder dip with a layer of gel for color, it seemed as if the girl was trying to persuade me into choosing a another color. The color that I original wanted was not in the colors offered so I choose a completely different color; no big deal. So on to get my nails done...the application itself was sloppy. I had powder caked around my cuticle and under my nails. Once again, I didn't think it was a huge problem so I paid, left, and figured I can clean them up myself. Not even 4 hours later, the top coat was beginning to lift from a couple of fingers. I wrote a direct message that night (Facebook messenger allows the reader to know if their message was read) and it went ignored. The next morning I sent another message, this time a fairly irate message, and they asked for my number right away. After waiting all day for a phone call, I receive one at 8pm that Friday night. I was at dinner and couldn't answer so I tried calling back the following morning during business hours and left a voice mail. I didn't get a response till Monday from Ann the owner. She told me that they would be happy to correct the problem and set an appointment for me to have them redone free of charge. Considering I would like an opportunity to fixed something that I did poorly, I went in this afternoon to have them "fixed" only to have what was already there filed down and painted/dipped over poorly. I have finger prints on a few of my nails from where the tech checked to see if they were dry and a few random spots on other fingers that are matted when they shouldn't be. To top it all off my nails along the cuticles are throbbing from where the file hit too hard. I won't be returning after giving a second chance and I wouldn't recommend the salon to someone unless I hated them. Read Less

worst customer service. made no eye contact with me when i walked in. sat me down i tried to explain what i wanted with my acrylics kept dismissing me and not let me finish. needless to say it was the opposite to what i wanted. used to get really friendly service like i was a valued customer, not anymore. thats ok i can go to the other 50 nails places on chapel st. what a shame. Lauren and the team are so friendly and professional! Went to Houng for waxing and SNS nails she was fantastic!! I wasn't made to feel rushed at all and they were all helpful (and patient) in helping me pick out colours!
