As a man I never thought I would need a place like this. I had both hips replaced in the last 18mos and found even before surgery I couldn't reach my feet. They have helped and been there when I personally couldn't help myself. I've only went for nails to be cut and whenever I've been there they have treated me awesomely. I will most definitely continue to be a customer there for as long as they are there! Don't be afraid to include these people in your sources for recovery when you can't do what needs to be done. Shame on this business. An employee left a lid unscrewed and polish spilled all over my wife. They blamed her for it and charged her fully all while apologizing profusely. When I call back and spoke to the owner she blamed my wife. Spend your money somewhere else. Read Less

Very insulted, not a good way to do business. I called in the morning (1-10-15) to ask for an appointment for my fiance and I. I was told they did not do appointments on Saturdays and to just come in. So we did, we waited a normal amount of time and as my turn arrived I was passed over (for a lady who was obviously a regular as she was on hugging terms with the girls) because SHE CALLED FIRST. When I raised the fairness of this point I was told that they were very sorry and that they would pass my concerns on to the manager. That tells me they are not anxious to receive new business since I was treated with no respect at all since I wasn't a regular. Just something to consider when looking for a nail place.Read Less

Us nails is close 2 my house &I have children my schedule is hard to accommodate. I know I can be picky about my nails so I stick with the people I like I had been going there for quite some time actually pretty close to a regular I brought them numerous amounts of business as well but it saddens me that they could be so rude on more than one occasion but I went back because of the convenience and their price was low I do not like being talked about in front of just because you're speaking another language doesn't mean I don't know when it's directed towards me. The owner Pam does the worst nails ever!!! I don't have her do them cause I don't like her work I was waiting 4 Michelle then after 45min even tho pam said 10 min wate michelle started doing some1 else's nails I asked what about me pam said they had been waiting it was 2 young girls wanting a little bit of nail art so I decide 2 wait 4 Michelle still cause it had already been so long what was 10 more min pam said I'll do ur nails I said no thanks ill Waite 4 Michelle the as soon as the girls were done a lady walks in pam has her come back and sit in michelle station I said pam I thought I was next she said ya ya u after her apt.i said y didn't u tell me she had an appointment pam said sit I do ur nails I said no pam I wanted michelle if u would of said it was 2 hrs I would of left and came back she started yelling at me that she didn't no what I wanted or y I was being so difficult see offered 2 do my nails but I won't let her what do I want so I was forced 2 tell her I don't like how she does nails that's y I wanted michelle she was yelling at me in front of all these people one costumer chimed in that I was rude 2 tell pam I didn't like how she did nails.
