It's sort of strange to write a review of "Salon Lofts" as a business, because the point of going here is to patronize the individual businesses of the salon/spa service providers inside. Still, if you are considering coming to Salon Lofts generally or this location specifically, there's a few things to know:1) I like the online scheduling system. I don't know if Salon Lofts as a franchise tries to mix the services provided at each location, but that would be nice.4) I wish there was more waiting room space, and I wish it were in front. When the stylist is running late or working in a lot of clients, the space inside the little rooms can get cramped. I usually just stand awkwardly at the front and play on my phone. Read Less
