I researched a bunch of nail salons in my area and found this gem early last year. I've since moved away but I work nearby and still make time to come back. They have some of the best reviews for good reason. The place is clean though simple, the prices are more than reasonable and the owner James is wonderful. I always get a gel set and occasionally a pedicure and my nails are always left in great shape with no chipping or lifting. He answers any questions you have clearly and never, ever makes you feel rushed even if it means they're staying well past close to finish up. This will continue to be my go-to salon. I just moved to the area from out of state, and I was scrolling through Yelp reviews of nail salons and came across this one. The main reason was it's only a couple minutes from my home, but I'm sure glad I chose this one! I went on a Thursday afternoon to get a pedi. Upon walking in I was kindly greeted by the staff and asked to pick my color. There were 3 customers in front of me getting pedicures and I thought "Oh great, I'll be here for awhile..." Nope! That wasn't the case here! The gentleman who seemed to be running the place (I think his name is James) started the water up for me and asked me if I wanted to soak while I waited. I maybe waited 5 minutes at the most before the woman came over to my chair and began her work. She did an amazing job! My toenails aren't in the greatest shape... but that didn't stop her! She did such a thorough job. I was so impressed by how much time she spent with me. I will definitely be returning! They were so kind to everybody that walked in the door. What a fabulous salon! Moved here from Wales in the new year and was in need of finding a salon. So happy I came here! All of the therapists are so professional and friendly, and the salon is gorgeous. This little nail salon is right by my work. It's fast, efficient, and reasonably priced. I like the guys that work over lunch time. They are super nice and really ensure you get a great manicure. I always get gel (and removal) and it is 26$$!!! I mean I am almost afraid to write that down it's so reasonably priced. What makes this place stand out to me is that they are cheap but also do quality work and with nail salons that seems to be next to impossible to find. Oh and also welcome walk ins. I don't think I've ever been to a nail salon with those 3 qualities! They have a great selection of polishes and my gel usually lasts about 2.5 weeks. Absolutely 5 stars! Finally got around to use my gift voucher from my mothet & father inlaw which was an christmas present. Received a very relaxing facial from the gorg rachel, and an amazing back massage from the gorg clare. Felt so relaxed from start til end. If I could rate this company zero stars I would've done so. My very first and  definitely the last experience that I had with this nail shop was horrible! He applied acrylic to my nail very bulky, they didn't look natural at all. I asked for chrome on all my nails & the way he applied it was so tacky. There was black polish all around my cuticles. He would not fix it.  Not to mention when I asked "the manager" to fix something during the process he would huff as if I was bothering him. He was rude the entire time. I wandered into this place on impulse on a Friday afternoon, and I'm SO HAPPY I did!! I didn't catch the name of the gentleman that did my nails, but he was so wonderful. My nails were in super rough shape (notorious nail biter here) and he made them look absolutely fantastic. I asked for them to be on the shorter side, and what I got was an incredible natural looking nail. Due to a horrible experience with a nail salon on Morse Road, I was looking for a new salon and calling around to set up appointments for the Saturday morning before New Years/New Years Eve. Everywhere was booked, understandably, up until 2p and just as I was about to give up I found the New Nail Spa who booked me and my mom for 11a Saturday morning. When we arrived for our appointment, we were instantly seated and taken care of. I got an acrylic full set and my mom got a gel manicure. They made sure we were comfortable and liked our nails. Customer service was great and my mom who never liked nail salons because she couldn't stand the heavy smell enjoyed her experience so much that she wants to go back and get a full set when I go for a balance! This is my favorite nail place in Columbus. The prices and service are unbeatable. James and his wife are the main technicians and they are amazing! I know they have many loyal customers and it was about time a page was created for them! New Nail Spa is a very basic looking spa but has exceptional quality, I wouldn't trust my nails with anyone else. Give them a try if you're looking for a new nail place, I can't find anyone better!
