I went here because it's only about 5 minutes away from my house plus reviews were great! Anyway, I set foot into the salon with the employees using the massage chairs and just sitting on their phones. Then, a woman who I could barely understand said "you pick color" and I picked a color and said I wanted acrylics. We start the process and the woman used a drill that had not been cleaned. She never washed my hands or anything. I felt very unsanitary. Then as she drilled away she burned some of my skin because she had touched it. Then she left dust everywhere and just started gluing nails on! She then continued with the process and then she began to file my nails so roughly that I thought she was going to rip of the acrylics. It hurt so badly. Then she buffed my nails and she was so rough it hurt! Keep in mind there was zero conversation during this because she couldn't speak English. Anyways I don't like my nails much, and I'll probably just find a new place next time. It wasn't worth the $35. Read Less

I LOVE this place!! I've been coming here for the past few years and they do it right every time, and I'm pretty picky about my nails! Sherry is a queen and she does such an amazing job! When getting gels, they really take their time, really making sure they look perfect. The salon just got all new furniture and it's in a great location in Upper Arlington! A gel mani is $35 (paid in cash, you get a discount!), and they take walk-ins and appointments (I do recommend calling ahead!). The staff is incredibly friendly and treats their regulars like family! If you get halfway through the manicure and the color isn't right? They make it easy to say something, they want you to be happy! I have gone to other nail places in the Columbus area and I'm never fully satisfied. Why pay for something that isn't perfect!? This place? The ladies working in this salon are all very kind and friendly, they can do amazing designs on nails like ombré glitter and gems in really cool patterns. Also it is really affordable, only $15 for a basic manicure and my nails look great! It is a small salon but there were plenty of people working to take care of all the clients and make sure everyone was happy with their services. I will definitely be back, especially since there is an adorable bakery right next door too! Read Less
