Manicure fine, but never in my life have I been to a more negative-energy, zero customer service nail salon.Tried it twice. Not one welcomed or even smiled, or said "Hello " or even "How can I help you?" .- they acted annoyedI was bothering them...there was only ONE other person in their huge space, so it couldn't have been that was just a hectic thing. I asked the difference between the signature, deluxe, and top tier ani'- desk lady could only tell me the price difference. Finally I suggested she ask the manicurist, and I never really got a straight answer. I just picked one blindly. The soothing music they were playing in the background was completely ruined by their massive, large screen TV- playing Fox News!! This is my one hour away from reality...I got up the nerve to ask if they could change the channel or turn it off a they misunderstood and turned it louder. I clarified, so what did they do? Turned on a "Jackass" type show, kept it loud, it just ruined the experience for me. I was really looking forward to this. Lastly, I used a gift certificate, and still had money available to use on it after the service was paid for. No one knew what to do. In the end, they couldn't get them to get it together and they ripped me off of my balance on the gift card. Fine- I won't be going back again. On a professionalism note, the desk receptionist had her head down sleeping on the desk twice. As we say at Disney,"bad show." Read Less
