please DO NOT go here! my experience while getting my nails done was good. staff was friendly and I appreciated that they opened a half hour before most nail salons in the area. the paint job was pretty messy but I was in a hurry and they were too busy to fix it for me so I took care of it myself later. a couple days ago I removed the acrylics I had gotten here and I have a fungus on SEVEN OF my nails that will need to be treated by a medical professional due to DIRTY tools & unclean practices. Brenda has a special gift for reiki, this was evident from the incredible results I have experienced after several treatments from her. One which I will share here is the fact that I have had tinnitus for several years, there is no cure for this in the medical work. I have been visiting Brenda at her Sanctuary for a couple of months now for Reiki treatments and it's been a wonderful experience. I was a little sceptical about Reiki to begin with but it had been recommended to me so I went with an open mind. Brenda was great and talked me through what it was all about and made me feel very relaxed. The treatment itself left me super relaxed and chilled out. I was referred to try this salon and I am NEVER going back. Do not let TONY (lees husband) do your nails. He didn't put enough acrylic on my nails so my nails were falling off in about a week. Due to them falling off, all my other nails started lifting and as you can see FUNGUS.! Now I'm sure they do a better job. But I believe it's all about timing with them. If you come in when they're busy then please expect them to rush through your set. This is a VERY busy salon and ppl are constantly coming in (interrupting your service) just to ask questions. So don't waste your time in waiting 2 hours just to receive bad service.Read Less

I came here after having a bad experience at another place here in Columbus & was more unhappy with the job Lee did then I was at the other place smh .. She left black paint all over my fingers didnt paint the edges of my nails and all my nails are different sizes.. This is the 2nd time I've got my nails done in a row and absolutely hate them ... I rarely get my nails done as they are brittle and ridged but my husband was taking me on an amazing holiday first to Kuala Lumpur then a live aboard diving trip to Thailand so I decided to treat myself. As an avid scuba diver I have found that acrylic and Shellac nails do not stand up to diving 4 times per day for an hour at a time, they very quickly peel off. Imaging my delight when after 3 weeks holiday and 21 dives my Calgels were perfect. As I couldn't get infills while away I used a matching nail polish to cover up the growth keeping my hands looking beautiful. On returning to the UK I immediately booked an appointment with Brenda to continue pampering my now healthy and long nails. I have been getting my nails done on and off for a few years now. Generally they are in poor condition and often need acrylic tips....however after three of Brenda's excellent treatments my nails are in better condition than ever before. They are long and healthy and don't need extensions as have grown to the perfect length for me. Aftercare products purchased this time so they are still looking fantastic. Into my third week and only need to make an appointment as infill needs done however will have soak off as i prefer that to overlays (personal preference). I use to be a random client, but over the years I started to notice that the nails were starting to get sloppy. I don't find the shop to be to sanitizing especially the pedicure tube. One time I went to get my toes done and before getting into the spa chair I notice black dirty rings around the inside of the tube. Read Less
