Very good experience here today. Called at 10:15, and they could schedule a pedicure at 10:30. This is the first time I was able to get an appointment here with short notice! And once there, I could see why. They fill up fast, even on a Monday morning. Like other reviewers, I really appreciated the lack of a blaring television. The music was fine, quiet and soothing. The pedicure (the expensive one, don't remember the name) was excellent! Really excellent. The place and the instruments were very clean (instruments were opened in front of me). Love the massage chairs. I do wish they had a wider range of colors of regular polish, but I can always bring my own. I really love this place! Sign says walk ins welcome. This is not true. 10:30, only one person getting their nails done, they can't see me until 2? Ridiculous. They need to remove the "walk ins welcome" if they don't really take them. Read Less

They are wonderful.  Very fair prices and they always get you in if they can.  Nice location with big windows so you don't feel trapped!  It can be annoying when the techs who are the owners are multi tasking and taking calls but it is a minor thing and the only negative I see.  Their work makes up for it. They have walk ins welcomed on there door but when I walked in a man working there told me they don't so walk ins. A co- worker of mine hair her nails done there and she was a walk in. The staff is friendly and very accommodating. The atmosphere is nice and everything is very clean. I do gel manicure and typically it lasts 18 to 21 days. They have always "made time" for my services even when I scheduled last minute after 5p for my daughter and myself for Mani/pedi. The prices are extremely reasonable. Read Less

I went in this place for the first time tonight. I unknowingly went in about 10 mins before closing but they agreed to do my gel mani anyway. I was the only person in there but they turned the music back on and gave me the full experience. I have tried so many places but I never really care for their nail services till I found this place! Like the previous review the atmosphere is very relaxing and they do such a good work on my nails! Awful service. Made an appointment and when I got there was told 5 minute wait, which I was totally okay with. 30 minutes later and pruned feet, with no one finishing up soon, I walked out. If they were too busy then that's all they needed to say, but instead made false promises. Never going back. Read Less

I'd been there twice a couple years ago. I was pleased with the results, but I tried to go today and the man who works there was rude and dismissive. He asked what I wanted and I told him and he goes "I don't have time." very abruptly. I was a little taken aback. I've always been pleased with Happy Nails - bright, friendly, efficient. I do suggest calling ahead especially for multiple services or a group, and always on weekends.The place is clean, the people are very personable -- the owner or his wife are always present -- and the prices are reasonable.My best tip - check out the polish change. Uh alright, it was rushed. The soak off of my gel polish almost broke my nail and made them thin because it needed to soak longer. I didn't end up getting them finished there because I knew I would be disappointed. Read Less
