I was a first time customer at this shop last week, and was very pleased. I will be a returning customer. The tech was really sweet and did a great job on my pedicure. They open at 9 and I arrived at 930, my wait time was 30 minutes which was reasonable. The only thing I was disappointed in, is that they don't use the grated tool that scrapes dead skin off the bottom of your feet. The main reason I get pedicures is for that service, so I wish that was part of their routine. They also use paper towels vs. hand towels which I thought was odd-- the paper towels get soaked and it's not environmental friendly. Read Less

They are extremely caring and attentive to everyone! My expectations are always exceeded. They always take the time to cater to my requests-- NEVER do they EVER rush my nails. Omg...  First  I want to say that THIS IS THE BEST PLACE I HAVE EVER BEEN IN ALL OF MY 18 YEARS OF GETTING MY NAILS DONE!!! I am VERY VERY VERY Particular about my nails. I LOVE MY NAILS and will let the person know if their work is unsatisfactory to me. I have been across the world and experienced the worst nail techs. I fear going to a nail shop, in a unfamiliar place and getting my nails done. Well,  visiting COLUMBUS OHIO and I needed a full set. I looked on Google for the nearest nail salon and a few places popped up. But "Glamorous Nail Salon had a 4.9 rating on Google. I was reading reviews and desired to go. The place is very peaceful, the staff were all nice. I wasn't sure who to go to, but I wanted the best. I got Donna. She was AWESOME!!! Took her precious little time and created a masterpiece! I noticed that ALL THE TECHS DID NOT RUSH! I LOVED THAT! YOU GET YOUR MONEYS WORTH!!!! Saying that, I waited a hour for her, but I DON'T REGRET ONE SEC! they DON'T take appointments, just walk-ins.. So pick your time....But over ALL... CLEAN, FRIENDLY, VERY DETAILED & REASONABLE PRICES!! I will be BACK... LOL..I might have to take a trip back here just for a FILL-IN!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! I had a great experience! The people there are so friendly; you are greeted with a smile. Not only did they do a great job on my nails the gentlemen also fixed them from where a previous salon had done a horrible job. They are very reasonably priced. I highly recommend them. Read Less
