Wonderful experience and treatment. I love the fact that they use the bags in the pedicure bowls to keep everything sanitary. Provided strawberry lemon water with my services. Asked me several times if everything was ok and if I was satisfied. I have had my nails done by both Lu and Crystal. They both do high quality work and have great design ideas. Read Less

I walked into the salon this morning hoping they would take walk-ins and they did. The store was very clean, people were friendly enough. I waited for about 20 minutes before I was seen. Again, super nice. I was very impressed with everything. My nails are okay but next time I hope that they will be great. And yes... I will give them a second chance. Read Less

Been going to Sunset nails for a good few years now and never been disappointed 8n their work, wouldn’t hesitate to recommend anyone to go there. Reasonable prices, free tea coffee water or juice. Excellent hygiene. I even got a bottle of wine for my birthday last year. Read Less

I had initially thought this shop was very beautiful and the atmosphere was calming but the quality of their nails are horrible! Yes they are cute but they do not last more than a few days. I experienced lifting on like day 2 then by day 4 my nails started to pop off. I ended up going to a new shop after trying them for 2 different overlay balances and the new shop had to cut my real nails off b/c the quality of their products ruined my nails and now I have to start all over. Got a balance. I noticed many steps were skipped. The nails looked beautiful but not even a week later they started to lift and pop OFF! Mind you I usually go to Easton and my nails last for 3 1/2 to 4 weeks long. So I went back immediately and they fixed them, no charge. I was happy, but then a few days later more of them started to lift up. I gave up and went to my normal place (Avalon nails). My nail lady had to do a take off and replace the nails. She said if I waited any longer that water etc has already seaped under the nails and I could have gotten an infection. So needless to say I wont be returning. I am very disappointed with the service. I went there for a new set. I noticed my nail tech appeared to be rushing but I initially didn't say anything. Her nail drill cut my cuticles to the point of bleeding twice and not once did she apologize or acknowledge what she had done. I requested medium length, almond shaped nails. I had to pay an extra $8 for the shape and was LESS than pleased. I originally noticed my polish was very lumpy but she slapped some top coat and moved me along so she could work on another person. When I finally had a chance to look at my nails I saw that they were uneven in length and there was no resemblance to an almond shape or oval or round shape. It was very sloppy. I even noticed I had a nail tip that was too small for my nail bed. When I called to come back and have this fixed, they were pleasant on the phone. However, when I arrived it was a different story. The manager was very rude and rough with my nails. He refused to repolish my nails, despite filing off the polish to shape my nails. Because the nails were so uneven in length I walked out with very short nails. I tried to address this but he refused to respond, saying he "fixed it already". After 4 days my nails have grown out and one has cracked in the middle. I will NEVER return and won't recommend this place to anyone. Read Less

The salon is very clean. The staff is very friendly and courteous. Their customer service is outstanding. I've been there 3 times for pedicure, manicure and eyebrow waxing. I have received the same excellent service every time. 5★ I recommend this salon to any and everybody who lives on the far east side of Columbus and Reynoldsburg area.
