I was new to wearing acrylics and the lady cut me twice while putting them on. They seemed a lil thick and poorly shaped but I went back when two fell off to see what could be done. I signed in there was an hour wait. I askef if I could go and come back and was nodded at and waved off. I returned and after waiting 30 mins. They asked my name I told them they said your next so I got up from my seat and eas waved off. "Not yet! Sit." I did. 15 mins later I was called. Then I sat down tried to ask if i needed a new set. I was told fills. I said "can you fix the broken nail it tote the real nail very low." The woman got pissy then said what you want a new set. I was confused. She began speaking jspane? Then she laughs but like a bitchy rude laugh and says "it's late. We don't have time. Why not you tell us this!" Tben the man started in "You not read! We put sign! You have to read sign!" I got up and left and said "wow you just lost a customer. I would of happily just rescedulec but she is giving attitude and your yelling at me." But since having my nails done by them I’ve been back two extra times in a week once because my nails just started chipping and the other because half of my nail just broke off out of no where. This nail shop is terrible. My girl came here today and was not only rushed with bad nail work, but verbally disrespected by a stylist named Tracy. Even with speaking to the supervisor about the woman’s behavior, they did nothing to fix the issue; it seems like the negative reviews on this discussion are consistently based on this stylist. So unprofessional! I should of read the reviews before going in. Stay away from this place if you can. The short old lady (Tracy) always has an attitude as if it’s your fault she has to do that job. Like lady you’re not going anywhere with that attitude also probably why you’ll be stuck there till you die and then go straight to hell. Anyways they should really reevaluate her because she runs customers away! They all need customer service training because when you complain they don’t really do anything to help but sit there and act dumb. All they care about is your money and nothing else. The single most horrific Spa service I've ever had never go to this place. Tomorrow is my son's wedding so I went in for full service with a full set and pedicure after my pedicure from what seemed to be a very nice older gentleman I realize that my toes look like they have been painted by a kindergartener. Upon complaining which I never do and I never write reviews by the way. This was one of the wrost nails salons that I have been to. I went to get a balance there on a friday and I had 3 broken nails by Wednesday that next week. But before I got the balance I asked the nail tech if I needed a fresh set and he said ""no"", so I figured they would be fine. I go in on Wednesday and show my receipt, and all of the broken nails and the manager tells me that we only guarantee our work for 3 days (I came in on the 4th day). I said do you tell your customers that, he said no ""we don't disclose that information"". They only guarantee the balance part not the nail. Now that's just ridiculous. Just want to let folks know that Fancy Nails in Town & Country has been the best salons I have experience. I have been a regular client for about 2 months and I just have to let everyone know that I had never had such great service provided. Great costumer service and excellent work with it. I have save so much money coming to this salon. They guarantee their work will last and it really does!!! I hate it when i get service from other salons and the technician rushes on me. This was not a positive experience. 1. You will only hear three sentences in English: ""Sit here"", ""Did you choose a polish?"" and ""Your total is..."" 2. The owners have 2 little kids running around. 3. The stylist had her boyfriend ""hanging out"" which she was paying WAY more attention to than me, the customer, which leads me to... 4. Due to lack of task orientation, she was grinding on the skin as well as the nails. OUCH! Even when I said ""ouch"" several times and pulled away, she just kept going. 5. Any good stylist will carry your purse and coat to wherever you dry your nails since your nails are wet. She asked me to sit at the drying station and left my purse unattended! After waiting a couple minutes, I realized she had no intention of doing this. So, I went to get it myself and, of course, scuffed my polish. When I asked her to touch it up, she told me I shouldn't pick up my purse with wet nails. DUH! She touched it up (badly) and when I asked her carry my stuff to the station, all I got was a look and she turned on a little fan instead. 6. Now that I'm home and realizing how crappy the polish looks, after spending money on a balance, I'm going to have to take off this polish and redo it myself. 7. It's not the best neighborhood to be walking in the dark back to your car if you go after work. Save your time. Don't waste your money. Go somewhere else - I know I will! Read Less
