After confirming a booking for a group bridal party booking at our home in November (via phone and email), I called 6 days before the wedding to confirm time and location - only to be told that they had no booking under my name and no longer had a nail technician that could do it anyway. Incredibly frustrating and stressful 6 days out from the wedding to the have to go and find another person to do our nails! Luckily another salon on the island came to our rescue. Not impressed! worst nail salon i have ever been to. employees are painfully aggressive with the nails and put NO time or care into them. my nails are beyond crooked, uneven and so horrible looking. worst $45 of my life. they did such a terrible job on my nails, i got them taken off less than 24 hours of getting them done. wish i could get a refund. I love this place and am a loyal life customer. They do great work at a decent price. I've come out of other nail salons bleeding from every other finger, and gotten a few fungus incidents from other locations not doing acrylics properly. The staff is friendly and funny they do excellent nail art and are very quick so even if there is people ahead of you the wait is not to long. I have never had a nail come off or any problems between balances. The prices are very reasonable and the pedicures are awesome you sit in a massage chair while they do it and it's relax time.
