I am very disappointed in this nail salon. I enjoy the staff because they are very personable and take t I have gotten my nails done three times there. I have had gel once, and the dip powder twice. Each and every time, I have had to get a couple of different nails fixed within the same week of getting them done. I pay almost $50 for the dip powder, and in one week five different nails popped off. I have someone in Pickerington who only does them for 30 and they last until i need them redone. I have never been satisfied here, and even half the people i work with in Bexley. I will not be promoting this business. Read Less

The place was pretty busy when we arrived. I got a mani-pedi. The lady who worked on me, I never got her name, did not speak any English. She seemed to be in a big hurry, and didn't quite spend the time or give the attention to detail that I am used to. But I don't think it was necessarily her fault. Pretty sure they wanted to get us in and out as fast as possible. At least, that's how it felt. Will probably try another salon next time, but only because I didn't like the rushed feeling. This place was great!  Very good prices, friendly family owned and operated business.  I felt safe that the spa baths were clean.  My adult daughter got her coffin nails and they were perfect!  I will definitely go again as soon as I can.  BTW, my toenail polish lasted forever! Read Less

I came in with acrylic nails. I wanted a new set. I informed the nail tech that I want a new set. She calls over a guy informing him. But he does a manicure and pedicure and charged me $65. I said I told you before and during this service I wanted acrylic nails. These are NOT acrylics. I will never go back to this place neither will my family and friends.They do not listen. I have been to Bexley Nails approximately 6-8 times over the last two years. My experiences overall have been just average. Pros: I keep going back because it's convenient to my house, does not require an appointment, is clean and bright inside, and the nail techs are friendly. Con: quality of manicure for the price. The quality of manicure is not what it should be here. I have gotten both gel and regular manicures, and have similar complaints with both. Techs are usually in a hurry and do not take care to achieve even lines or evenly spread the coats of polish. After my last visit, I left with a manicure that looked worse than if I had done it myself. I was charged for a spa manicure even though I did not ask for one (which as best I can tell, differs from a classic mani by virtue of an extra 30 seconds spent spreading lotion on each hand/arm). I needed a quick mani/pedi...checked with Yelp for help with a salon near work. I was so pleased! The staff welcomed me and got me started right away. The guy doing the pedi had strong hands...got the best foot/calf massage I've had in awhile. To save time because I was in a hurry...a woman did the mani while I was sitting in the pedi massage chair! Nice! I love the way she did the gel polish...so thin and natural looking...not thick and gloppy-looking like some other salons have done. Treat yo self! I love this place. Never much of a wait, they attend to you quickly and give you advice if you have any questions (like if a certain polish chips fast or if you just want an opinion). I got partial acrylics the first time because my thumb nails were pathetically short and they were happy to help me. Everyone is very friendly - if you want to talk, they'll talk to you. If you don't wanna talk and just get yo pamper on in peace, they'll leave you be. Here's a couple pictures of my nails done by Phuong, and a young man I forgot to ask his name. Both did a wonderful job and I'm very happy with how my nails turn out each time. They remembered my name which shocked me and really touched my heart. And the price point is fantastic. I got my nails done last Monday, the nail technician was sweet and gentle however on Tuesday I had to go back to get one of the nails fixed. With gel manicures I expect them to last close to two weeks. It was not a good sign when the next day I had to go back because they had chipped. They fixed the nail for me and on Saturday I had to come back again because another nail chipped. Today is Monday exactly one week and last night another nail chipped. Not only that my nails took over 2 hours. So today I have an appointment at another . Paying and tipping over twenty percent I expect them to last. This has been my second bad experience here and I will not be returning. Honestly Bexley could use a great nail spot because the options are pathetic. Read Less

Ruby does a great job but I can never get an appointment and when I do, they don't show or call you to let you know they won't be there. Hands down, the worst customer service I have ever experienced in any salon but I continue to go there because they are close and Ruby is good. Considering they are very expensive the customer service needs to be much better. Read Less

It was a very long time before I had  pedicure no I used to come to this place years ago about maybe seven or eight years ago so I went to other day got my pedicure and my hands than the compliment that I got on my feet were amazing I love this place feeling beautiful and amazing I definitely recommend their service in them they made a long-time customer happy Read Less

No frills nail salon that does a great and thorough job for a great price.  They were so thorough that I was a little ashamed of the condition of my feet.  :-)  Apparently they needed a lot of attention.  I'm not a terribly "frilly" person so I didn't miss the frills you find at other salons, although they can be nice in the appropriate situation.  I will definitely be back. This trip was such an unexpected surprise!  I was in a rush to get my eyebrows shaped up and couldn't make it to my orginial spot.  I pulled out my phone and went to my Yelp out, fully confident that my fellow reviewers would help me find a location within close proxcimity to fill my needs.  This is how I ended up at Bexley Nails.I was fortunate that there was no wait when I walked in the door.  The salon has an open concept for nails and pedicures but the eyebrow shaping is perfomed in a closed room.  I really liked this.  While the eyebrow tech's English wasn't the best, she understood exactly what I wanted to used a diagram of eyebrow shaping to confirm what I wanted.  She was able to shape my eyebrows exactly like the picture, which was very close to what I verbialized to her.  For $10, I definitely felt that her attention to detail, and technique was more than worth the cost. Bexley Nails is a wonderful salon.  They have plenty of nail polish colors to choose from, some of which are OPI brand, which tends to last for a long time.  My pedicure experience was excellent. I have been going to Bexley Nails for over a year now. First I only got pedicures with designs, then waxing and now I have acrylic nails.The service is quick and efficient any my request for American flags or cupcakes painted on my toes go heeded. My nails look natural and well done and my eyebrows are done the way I like them.It's cheaply competitive with other nail salons and I somehow always manage to get squeezed in.My suggestion is that you go on a Mon-Tues-Weds-Thurs to get in the fastest.
