I feel compelled to review...I was looking for their hours to know what time I could get in for a mani(gel)/pedi(regular). I was shocked to see all of the negative comments, like I said, I feel compelled to review. I have nothing but good things to say about Bella Nails & Spa, as well as Adam- my favorite nail tech. Ever. The prices are fair and comparable to any other place in the area. I feel like every one has been very friendly. I have never had to wait longer than 10 minutes for any of their services (but now I make sure to make appointments so I am always with Adam). The place is very clean and bright (well lit, so you know your colors are real before getting into the sun). My nails have never, in my entire life, been this healthy, long, and strong. I always get so many compliments on the look and polish...seriously if you gave less than 3.5 stars, give them another try (and ask for Adam)!!! My experience was completely unacceptable. I called to see if they had availability for a quick lunch break manicure, they had said they did. I arrived and got settled and she started on the manicure and then proceeded to say it would talk 1 hour and 15 minutes and to come back later. And stopped and told me to leave. I am not one to write bad reviews but this was a waste of time and money. The nail tech doing my nails didnt even get close to the edge of my nails when applying gel polish, so it looks like i already have a weeks worth of regrowth. Then got up and changed the polish color without asking me. I was getting a very deep almost black polished with heavy green glitter in it and she changed it to pure black polish, i didnt notice until we were done because they were both dark colors. So mad. the older man who i had doing my nails seemed like he was uninterested the entire time, made no effort for any type of conversation, and paid little attention to detail. to top it off, i asked on the phone before my appointment how much a balance is and was told $23. when it came time to pay, he said it would be $26. i asked why it's $3 more than i was told, he said to have my acrylics cut down in length cost three extra dollars... would've been nice to know before it happened though! i wouldn't recommend spending your money here! I don't get my nails done often..this place was recommended by some friends. But...Guy doing my nails acted like he didn't want to. Didn't talk the whole time...awkward. Nails filed unevenly. Asked for an accent nail with stripes... was given uneven stripes and they PEELED OFF literally after I left. Didn't even last a few hours. Not coming back here again. Read Less

I was not a fan. I wanted my gel nails removed and decided to get the basic manicure. I was told it would be $27. They did a horrible job removing the gel, my nails are still extremely rough, they took a long time, and painted my nails with the color left from someone else. I didn't say anything because I can go home to remove it but I couldn't understand the additional $3 charge so I gave up and paid $30 plus tax then left. Not going back! Read Less

This salon has terrible customer service. The staff is rude and not professional. I have been in this salon several times and have noticed that they do not properly clean the pedicure stations. The tubs are rinsed out without using any type of disinfectant. The tools that are used are in no way sterile, and I'm guessing they are not even cleaned between customers. I would not recommend this salon. There are much cleaner salon's less than a mile away. Read Less

I do like this place BUT, the old gentleman that works there, he needs to retire. He doesn't do an articulate job like the other workers and he smells like smoke and also the pedicure area smells like smoke too when the outside door is open. He may be the owner? Not sure but he needs to seriously stop doing nails. I frequent this place a lot but everytime I get him I walk out unsatisfied. Thought I would check this place out, because it was priced ok for a basic gel manicure. The customer service was extremely lacking. Not very friendly at all. Nail tech took a personal call in the middle of my basic manicure. He did not ask me how I wanted my nails round or square then proceeded to round them. I told him I like them to be to the top of my fingers not over, way too short. Any shorter and we would be into the quick. I went to wash my hands and he placed my purse unattended on the couch in the waiting area, so his next client could take a seat. Definitely won't go back quality of the nail job is pretty bad. I'm not a complainer, and I really try my best to give people a chance. The place is clean and well kept; the service is AWFUL. I got a balance at this place rather than my usual because of time constraints. The older man who did my nails acted like he didn't want to and did a sloppy job. There are bumps where he wasn't careful to wipe away when doing the acrylic. Not to mention my nails are crooked and uneven. When using the filing machine, he hit my skin more than a few times. I always try new places hoping to find someone who will really take care of my feet and truly scrub to smooth them out and I'm never fully satisfied and feel as though I need another pedicure a week later. I had a manicure about 3 weeks ago here. I had gel polish put on my nails and within a few days the paint started chipping off. That's never happened to me before anywhere!! I'm so disappointed  the woman who did my nails was robotic like and didn't even pay attention to the detail she was putting into my nails. The atmosphere was nice. The man doing my friends nails was pretty funny and I enjoyed talking to him. But I prob won't go back, it was a waste of time and a waste of my money. Read Less

The manicurist was obviously in a horrible mood. She didn't speak, was tantrum-y with the tools slamming everything down. and was rough! She was so aggressive with trimming my cuticles that she over cut one and it bled all over (it still hurts so I hope I don't get an infection). She didn't push my cuticles back. The shape of the nails was horrible and inconsistent with jagged edges on each one. I filed them down myself once I got in the car. Absolutely terrible! Read Less
