Let me start by saying this place with the exception of one person is great. The owners went above and beyond, giving me their cell phone numbers and working with me on a more personal level to get appointments scheduled. The place is beautiful and clean and overall the staff is very friendly. I would have gave this place five stars however the nail specialist I had was absolutely terrible. I made the appointment for my best friend who was getting married the next day, her mother and myself. Renee did the brides nails and was wonderful. Unfortunately, I did not get the other two artist names. My artist was lazy, sloppy, and spacey. My nails looked horrible. First I asked if she could do an ombré on my nails and she told me since it was as gel polish she couldn’t. Even though I know that isn’t true I understand everyone is not as capable as others. But then I asked for a more rounded shape and got square, none of my nails were the same length and the gel/shellac polish was all over my fingers. That was the most frustrating part. Our appointment was Friday and it’s tuesday, I easily removed all of the polish on my own because I couldn’t stand it. It sucks to have paid $90 for a Spa Pedicure and Manicure and to not be satisfied. I pointed out the unevenness of my nails before she started to polish them and I asked her to fix the overflowing polish on my fingers. She didn’t seem to get it. After talking with the other girls after our appointment I learned that I didn’t get all of the “spa” services during my manicure as they did. What saved my experience was the tech working on the mother of the bride. She could read on my face that I was not satisfied and sat me down at her station and did what she could to fix my nails; she was wonderful. She even told me to come back and they would fix them. The problem is that I don’t live in Cleveland. This place is truly great, it’s just unfortunate that one person doesn’t seem to be on the same level as the rest of team. Went in and asked for a walk-in appointment and one was scheduled for a couple hours later, which gave me an opportunity to venture around the neighborhood. Raquel gave me an awesome inverted bob. She took her time and really listened, and then showed me how to do it myself. Renee waxed my eyebrows and chin/cheek and was also amazing, taking her time and was extremely precise. Finally, I bought two of the Fuel products (the shine and the hairspray). The smell is amazing and they work great. I was asked repeatedly if I'd like a drink or if I needed anything. I absolutely loved the look, feel, and sounds of this salon. The prices are also reasonable. For being a walk-in, I lucked out and will definitely be a repeat customer. Read Less

I love this spa! From the friendly staff to the great service and refreshing atmosphere, you can't go wrong here. Plus, there's free parking in the back! The online booking process made it so easy to make an appointment and I got a text reminder too. My pedicure from Renee was so relaxing and well done. My husband and I went for pedi's prior to our vacation. We received fantastic services from Sam & Renee, the salon is beautiful and airy. I also love the text confirmation and reminders prior to our services. It's a great outing to add to the monthly Tremont Artwalk too! Read Less

When arrived at my holtel I inquired about hair and nail salons, Brittany the concierge contacted me and recommended The Beauty Room. My first response was"would you go there?" she replied that she would, so I said "very well, I will too." Whelp I allowed myself to be talked out of going there for another place. I went to other place yesterday and left DISAPPOINTED. As I was returning to the hotel I stopped into The Beauty Room to check for openings for today. Talk about being in the right place at the right time...someone was on the phone canceling an appointment for that day. That was the exact time I walked in to inquire about someone's availability. The appointment cancelled and now I'm in.."YES!!!" they did a beautiful job with my unfamiliar natural hair. She was very engaging, had BEAUTIFUL energy, and great advice on what I can do to compliment my natural curly hair. Something I am learning to manage to avoid my usual style - using heat. She concluded her services with a warm sincere hug. Thanks to the staff for a beautiful job. Next time I'm in Cleveland I know where to go. Read Less

Beautiful salon, from the best gel mani I've ever had, to Brazilian waxing, and Brazilian blow outs. Renee and Sam are truly so sweet and welcoming. They truly care about giving good services and meeting your needs. Definitely a diamond in the rough, I highly recommend! Finding a new barber is never an easy task. Found this place while exploring Tremont and thought I'd give it a try. I'm so glad I did! Raquel knew exactly what I wanted-a fade from a clip no.1 down to a half guard (basically just before bald). Her barber skills are legit! Overall excellent experience. The Beauty Room has a warm and inviting ambience and the staff and owners couldn't be more welcoming & friendly! They just opened and I have already been 3 times.  Brazilian blowout - wow! Then back for a gel mani with Sam, she did a great job and was extremely personable. Then back yet again for an eyelash tint with Renee, who like the rest of the Team, was super personable and she really knows her stuff.  I guess that sums it up - I have never been to any salon 3 different times in less than two weeks and now I'm looking for my next reason to return!  The salon is fresh and clean, they have always offered me some type of refreshment and the prices are great.  Oh and did I mention there's parking!  Especially in Tremont - it's easy to find a parking spot, it's a relaxing environment (not stuffy) and all the services have been top-notch!  Obviously I'll be back.... :) Read Less
