Not sure if the staff reads these posts. If so here are some tips:  at least say hello or acknowledge when a customer comes in the door. I had an appointment although my tech, Diane was nowhere to be found. I sat there after I signed in. No one even looked at me except the only other customer seated in the nail area. I was there for a mani pedi. After a while I decided that customer service wasn't important to this business. Made an appointment for tomorrow with another salon. Bad business etiquette. Not even a phone call after I left. Awful. Read Less

The nail tech spilled glue all over my hand when doing my nails and didn't even get it all off. I was peeling glue off of my hand for the next week. I'm also pretty sure they over charged me but they didn't give me a receipt. This was the second time I went there and the first wasn't any better. Read Less

Extremely rude... I went in for a pedicure, full set & eyebrow threading because their menu said they had it.... walked in, was asked if I had an appointment. I said no signed in and I looked at colors then sat down. At that time one of the ladies finally said "no appointment, we can't see you"... first impression- NEVER WILL I GO BACK! Read Less

The woman at the desk had to be the rudest person ever.  I had booked a pedicure for myself and a manicure for my daughter.  My daughter brought a friend along.  When we walked in ,,,, instead of greeting us, the woman said "What do you want?"  When I explained what we were here for and asked if they could fit in another manicure for my daughter's friend, she said "of course not."  They were not busy and I could understand if either my daughter or her friend had to wait.  After that comment, I said we would reschedule and started to leave.  As we were going out the door she said, "Your loss."  What a nasty lady.  I would never go back. I went for an acyrlic set.  I called for an apt, but they didn't take my name. Yet I still had to wait 20 mins to be seen. The acyrlic awt wasn't smooth.  Bubbles in the top coat polish they were putting on. I got a French manicure.  They airbrushed it, but did not do pink and white.  Very upset because acyrlic isn't flawless.  Now you can see the flaws.  :( don't go here, save your time and money. Got a pedicure here and it was amazing. The ladies are very nice and easy to talk to and understand. Very nice long massage with the pedicure. Couldn't ask for better service even for a small place. Ask for Diana! She was wonderful! Read Less
