I just went there today to get my first hair cut of my desicion and a balayage with Carmel color. It was great... the best salon I've been to.Taylor did my hair and she was wonderful she was focused and proceeded to do her work with no complications with my hair. The price was a little bit expensive in my opinion BUT my hair is at least healthy, shorter AND colored... thx so much!! ❤️

This review will fall short in describing the experience of this salon. I found Lavish during a late night google search in wanting a salon that could hopefully achieve a particular hair color that was challenging. Booked my appt. via phone and the receptionist was extremely professional and freindly..good start! Totally accommodating to my time needs as well. I have just left and encourage anyone who would like; color, cuts, hairstyles or mani/pedi services to try Lavish Salon! You are greeted by an uber friendly face, asked if you would like anything to drink, given a tour of the salon, and taken care of, smiled at, checked in on, complimented and just made to feel relaxed and welcomed from when you enter to when you leave!Stacie was my stylist, and nailed perfectly what I was looking for in color. She made me feel very comfortable and relaxed and took time to really learn about what it was I wanted. With just a few pictures, a brief description of how I wanted the color tweaked, she ran with it and it came out just gorgeous!I really don't write reviews often, but when something is so exemplary and goes beyond your expectations, I think it is important to let kudos be known. This salon offers a lot, in a very relaxed, customer gets what they want atmosphere. Easy access off 271 so no matter what side of town you live on, its location is perfect. Thank you Lavish Salon and Stacie and wonderful staff for a great day!

I've had two different stylists since coming here last year and they both do a great job with color and haircuts. They use products from Redken and Pureology, plus have very knowledgeable, easy-going stylists. When I go to a salon I like to drink some tea, read my kindle, and zone out...and this place let's me do that - it's very chill, kinda small space, fairly quiet. Staff are very welcoming - I definitely recommend.

This salon is run by the most Amazing stylist and owner. Tracey is a very professional, talented, and big hearted stylist. We live in different parts of the country but she cuts my hair when ever we are in close proximity of each other. Tracey always knows what I want, sometimes even before I do. She is extremely talented and very well trained. She personally trained her entire staff, so I am sure they are all very talented. If you live even close to the Cleveland area I highly recommend you try this beautiful salon.

Lavish Color Salon is the best - my experience is a positive one no matter who does my hair. I have never felt more comfortable at any other salon - the front desk staff and stylists go out of their way to make you feel welcome, and the results are always compliment worthy. Kudos to owner Tracey for putting together a caring, talented, highly qualified and accommodating team!

I was SO impressed with my experience at the salon today. First, you are greeted by a very friendly staff member who takes the time to give you a tour of the salon and its many features. You are then offered a beverage and escorted to the station. It honestly felt more like a fine dining experience! I opted for a balayage color job by the amazing Taylor. She took the time to very thoroughly determine the exact look I was going for and my hair ended up exactly like the picture I showed her! She and the staff were incredibly friendly and always made sure I was comfortable and well hydrated :) She took the time to educate me on every step of the process and made sure I understood exactly what she was doing while she was doing it. I would recommend this salon and especially Taylor without reservation! Will definitely be coming back.

Walked in with at 8pm for a pedicure and was turned down because they did not want to. The salon did not close until 9pm. I don't want to think it is a race thing, but after they at my outfit and dreaded hair, they looked at each other and stuttered out 'It is too late. Maybe try another time.' I'm an extreme clean person, work at Cleveland clinic as a lab tech, and polite. I hate to believe I was racially profiled however the evidence is all there. Unfortunately I would not advise minorities to attend this salon.

I travel to Cleveland often, and work has been really busy lately and I didn't have time for a nail appointment before leaving on a business trip. I found Lavish on Yelp, and was not disappointed. I got one of the best gel manicures I've ever had (and I've had many), and a wonderful pedicure. My nails are flawless, and Kayla was very gentle. Will definitely go back when I'm in town. Simply an awesome experience!

This salon's service and value was beyond my expectations. My stylist was Bambi. First and foremost, her consultation was long and personable. We discussed my options and future needs. I also received an Olaplex treatment. She "schooled" me on knew hair techniques. She was knowledgeable and pleasant. The other staff members were so willing to help. Stacy checked me out, and she was knowledgeable and so willing to help with picking out hair products. Lastly, I did not feel pressured to buy any product. I ended up buy something different than what was even offered to me. In conclusion: I made a second appointment.

Briana did my color (highlights and lowlights plus a toner) this past Monday and she was amazing! She actually did what I wanted her to do (which not a lot of stylists do!) The salon was very clean and organized and the staff seemed genuinely nice (not fake like a lot of other salons). I highly recommend Briana! Good work - I will definitely be back :-)

I had been kicking around the idea of a Brazilian Blowout due to some seriously curly, frizzy hair and found them on the company website. They were very nice on the phone and when I went in for a consult I was blown (pun intended) away. The staff was genuinely friendly and professional and my hair turned out great! I will go back and would recommend.

Went here after purchasing deals off of Livingsocial.com and it was incredible. The mani/pedi is truly indulgent. They do them separately so you don't feet rushed. Nails first and then toes. And the chairs for the pedi have the massaging back things and they did a fantastic scrub and hot towel wrap that is usually extra at other salons. Also had a wash and blow dry done and they were fabulous. Quick and knowledgeable and modern fashions and styles. And the salon is new and shiny and immaculate. Definitely recommended for mani/pedi or hair styling services! Also, they had a good selection of hair products for purchase. Only caution would be to allot enough time for the pampering. My appt was on a Thurs around noon and for two of us to do the mani/pedi and each get wash and dry on hair, it was 3 hours. Worth it if you're indulging for the day but definitely not speedy.

I travel to Cleveland often, and work has been really busy lately and I didn't have time for a nail appointment before leaving on a business trip. I found Lavish on Yelp, and was not disappointed. I got one of the best gel manicures I've ever had (and I've had many), and a wonderful pedicure. My nails are flawless, and Kayla was very gentle. Will definitely go back when I'm in town. And the chairs for the pedi have the massaging back things and they did a fantastic scrub and hot towel wrap that is usually extra at other salons.
