I was really let down by this place :( First time at the finished finger was 2 days before my wedding. I had a Full set acrylics and a pedicure. First thing that sucked; I was undecided on my nail color and design, the person doing my nails was rushing me to choose and I ended up unhappy with the color..I went to another salon to change it. When my polish was off I could see the nail was lifting already...the quality looked terrible like I did them myself. The acrylics weren't buffed down or anything. Really sad. The acrylics came off within a week. The pedicure was standard, the lady doing it was very nice. Unfortunately she didn't file or shape my toe nails at all so I was better off doing it myself. I visited here in June 2017. The total cost after tip for a regular mani/French pedi was $75. Massage chair was the best part of the experience. This is a family owned business so my professional did not feel any need to provide good customer service. She carried on conversations with her relatives during my service and tried to discourage me from getting a French pedi. The manicure was very poorly done, my nails needed touching up the next day and the pedicure was just okay. The staff and clientele were 100% vanilla and seemed surprised when I walked in. I got my nails for prom and they were gorgeous and done extremely well! I got a ton of compliments and they lasted perfectly for two weeks later through my high school graduation. The entire staff is always friendly and welcoming while I am there :) Read Less

Genuinely the worst customer service I have ever had. My friend and I went in last week and they were packed so we made two appointments for yesterday. Sounded like a great way to start out a girls day...but we got there and told us they were running behind... totally fine! Sat outside to enjoy the sun! After about 45min they sat me... okay still fine but then waited another 45 minutes to sit my friend. They never once acknowledged that she was sitting there waiting. Didn't a...sk if they could bring her water or do anything to make her comfortable. Then to make matters even worse they sat two girls before her! When she went to let the manager know that she had been waiting for an hour and a half before these girls the manager told her they had an appointment.... but so did we... an hour and THIRTY minutes before that!!! Nice salon. Service was slow but I was a walk in. The lady at the front seemed to forget about me. She told me 20-30 min wait and it was over an hour. They did a nice job on my nails and the nail technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. If you go here, make an appointment. Read Less

I've never had so much fun at a nail salon. My roommate and I walked in and both got acrylics and gel polish, one almond shape and one squared. Both sets turned out great, I'm very happy with them. It's worth the price for sure. We had Eddie and Tidus, both were awesome, friendly and recommendable. Definitely going back. Read Less

They did a nice job on my mani-pedi. The foot/leg massage was excellent! They use bowls for feet rather than all in one massage chair. There are pros and cons to this. Trying to relax was difficult though because the music they had on was loud and used very offensive language. I won't be going back. Read Less

I've visited the Polished bar many times and I love the atmosphere of this shop. Everything is clean and up to date. The only complaint I have is that the customer service here is inconsistent. For first time visitors the experience is amazing, and I don't mind paying a little bit more for that but as I've continued to visit I feel that they could do a better job at communicating when there is going to be a longer wait instead of putting you in a chair and letting you wait. For me consistency is key. I'll also add that I've referred quiet a few people here who also have been going but if the customer service continues to decline I'll find somewhere else. Read Less

Been coming here for years and love it. Went somewhere else for a short time, but missed the quality and cleanliness of this old fashioned nail salon. Ginny is the fastest and best nail tech. This place is amazing. The customer service and style is amazing but their selection and care is so great there are no words to describe it. My sister and I recently went here to get her nails done because we saw when we went to Payless I will always be going to polished bar and I will be doing the hour and a half drive from San Diego the remainder of time that I am in California to get my nails done at here. Had a wonderful experience trying out this salon for the first time today! I called when they opened in the morning requesting two manicures and two pedicures for same day appointments. I was very impressed that they were able to fit us in on such short notice. Had Marilyn and Ginny work on my nails, would recommend both of them. The worst nails ever. I was disgusted. I got them done for a special occasion out of town. I had to leave early the next morning  When I came back, I went in for a refund. She asked me how she was supposed to know it was their fault! I even had pictures on my phone. And she was the owner! Possibly the worst customer service ever. Completely insulting. Read Less

I had my first experience at The Finished Finger and I loved it there! The staff and customers were so friendly. I had been going to another salon on the west side, but decided to find a salon close to my home and I am so glad that I found The Finished Finger. I came in with LOTS of questions regarding their service and Ginny, my nail tech, gladly answered every question. Before I left my appointment, I went to the front desk to make my NEXT appointment!! If you're looking for a good place to get your nails done on the east side this is a good place to go! The salon is very clean and the nail technicians are very friendly and helpful. I got a gel manicure and the technician Jeanette did a great job. They also have a good amount of colors to choose from. Don't go to this place if you are in a rush because they take their time and they don't use objects (drills and ect) like other salons use to help rush the job, and those objects cause your natural nails to look like crap!
