Great nails! I brought my best friend here for her birthday and we both got the gel mani regular pedi with the coupon. which is an amazing deal. It's in a really cute area and there is a good amount of street parking, but it does seem to fill up fast. Tiana was extremely nice as was the other nail technician. They have 3 big square pedicure tubs in the back with a long bench and tons of cute fluffy pillows. The tubs are kind of long and it's a tiny bit awkward when they're painting your nails as you have to support yourself. The pedicure was great! The gel mani turned out great! My only complaint is that during the mani it was on a glass table and they didn't put a towel down. The table wasn't dirty but it just felt weird not having a towel underneath. I came to this salon after I traveled to Cleveland for my birthday weekend. I initially had scheduled at lavender but got a very unwelcoming intro so decided not to spend my money time or energy at place where I felt unwelcomed The Ladies here were extremely accomadating and welcoming. They offerd conversation, wine, and sang me happy birthday. Me and my sister were treated like Queens. The woman who did my pedicure was so thorough and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. I am so angry I cannot remember her name. For my initial appointment I was a first time walk-in, and I was greeted at the door, assisted with picking out my nail colors, and offered water/tea while I waited for my mani/pedi. Comfort is queen, at this salon. The atmosphere was friendly and I was instantly at ease after a... very long day. I truly cannot say enough positive things about this shop. Warmth, professionalism, community, positivity, and exceptional service were the hallmarks of my experience. Tiana did a stunning job on my nails (gel manicure) and Rashiada took my sorely-in-need feet and made them look gorgeous. I have been coming here since May of 2017. This salon has easily become my favorite place to go to for too many reasons to list but I'll try. 1) customer service is top notch 2) when I come in I feel like I'm hanging out with a group of my closest girlfriends, in fact they have become friends. 3) their color selection is endless4) they have amazing specials that do not compromise the integrity of the services. 5) I'm guaranteed to laugh my ass off6) my manicures/pedicures last a long timeRain is a wonderful business owner. Found this place on yelp and came in for a walk-in an hour before close. Staff greeted me upon entry and were super friendly. Shop was nice and clean. I waited about 5 minutes before a nail-tech started on my acrylic fill-in. I had Tiana who was super nice and professional, making sure sure to get every detail I asked for all while getting to know me. All the nail techs were in gear spirits and you could tell they enjoyed talking to everyone. There's an entire wall filled with polishes from Essie, to China Glaze, to OPI, and a ton of gel colors to choose from. Came in with my 9 y/o daughter while on vacation from Canada, for a pedi which my old hippie feet sorely needed. We were warmly and genuinely greeted at the door by a sweet soul, who was the owner. Her daughter and one of the other ladies daughter's were there and they all played together, had snacks and even did a craft! (BLESS THESE WOMEN!!) Meanwhile, I had my sad feet tended to by Miss Rashiadah. This kindly soul gave my soles all the tlc they needed and I left feeling beautiful, lifted and energized.I will ALWAYS come to this spa when I return.  These are incredible souls and they run a lovely business, just going above and beyond and being a blessing far beyond what you already get just from getting pampered. I typically frequent a fancy hair salon on Fairmount, but they do  not take walk-ins for manicures, as they only have a couple of nail technicians.  I had the sudden urge for a mani and pedi ... after reading some reviews on nail salons near me, I settled for A Touch of Rain .... so very happy with my choice!  Rain and her staff make you feel welcomed and cared for from the moment you step in the door.  I walked in with a broken arm and my 82 year old mother, fearing this would be one of those assembly line salons. You know the ones I'm talking about, where the staff speak in their own language to one another, completely ignore you, and treat you like "a task to get done" not a person.  Instead I found a humble establishment with 5-star quality service.  Rain, the owner and Rashiadah took care of us; they went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable!  They did an amazing job on our nails.  One of my greatest finds yet, will definitely come back. The staff here are excellent! I stopped in today for a gel mani and regular pedi. I was greeted right when I stepped in, and I immediately felt welcome. Both of my nail techs were great. They both provided fabulous service, were very accommodating, and so easy to talk to. The design of the spa was fun and super unique, from the glitter walls to the private pedicure nook with an array of cool throw pillows. I will definitely be returning in my future when I need anything nail related when I'm in Cleveland or the surrounding area. The only downfall of my visit was not going on a tues/wed, when they offer a great deal on gel mani and pedis! I totally suggest going on those days! This place is amazing! I wish I could put this shop in my pocket and take it back to CA with me. I got a fill, pedi, and massage. I like their attention to detail, really getting in there and getting rid of the dead skin and cuticle forest I had before I walked in. The atmosphere is super chill, clean, relaxing, but most of all, friendly. My massage was the business! Had my nails done by the owner of the salon. Rain is so talented, and accommodating! My friend and I were offered a glass of champagne upon entering. The place is lively with upbeat music, and has a great selection of polishes. Prices are very economical. I had a MUCH better experience here than some of the "fancier" (and seriously more expensive) nail salons my friends have dragged me to. Definitely give this place a try! Read Less

She also offers specials throughout the week that are wallet-friendly, making it easy to treat yourself. This salon offers nail, hair and massage services.
