I have been getting my manicures here for approximately a year and I couldn't be happier with the service. The people that work here are very professional and accommodating. This place is incredible! Husband went and had his beard and hair cut, while I had a relaxing pedicure. The barber shop is nice. The staff was polite. They listened to our thoughts perfectly and executed the perfect hair cut and beard trim.The pedicure was fantastic! The nail technician was a hoot and extremely friendly. The prices weren't bad at all. I'm glad we found this gem so close to home. Next time we come, We'll definitely visit the speakeasy. I'd highly recommend a visit to this place. Read Less

Love, love this place! My husband gets his hair cut at the barber shop and they do an awesome job every time. I get shellac manicures, pedicures, and eyebrow waxes regularly and I can’t speak highly enough about everything at the spa! Also, Mandi is the best, but everyone there is really good! I have visited many salons and spas. The speakeasy is a great concept. The owner Alex should only run this portion of the business. I can't have any respect for a business owner who bad mouths other barber shops . Also Alex has used abusive language and female derogatory comments toward a former employee, one who I have known my entire life.There is no excuse whatsoever for this behavior. Absolutely none!!! It hurts me to know this. In business and when you are in the public eye, your clients and employees deserve the utmost respect. It is so offensive. And he is nothing more than a bully!Also, this is an Aveda salon. I found out later that they soak clients hands and feet in Dawn dish soap. People should be aware of this as there can be allergic reactions. I would give the woman at the front desk 5 stars if I could, but this is a review of the spa, not her. Read Less

Great barbers, great cocktails, great masseuse, and a super cute shop dog!  What more do you want?I've been coming to Quintana's for years.  All the barbers have been great, but I just had my favorite cut from Theo.  He's a wizard and made my hair look better than ever before.  The speakeasy is wonderful, the day spa next door is great for massage, and they even have a shop dog, Marley.  If you ask nicely, Marley might even make an appearance. I went with my husband for pedicures. I got the Dream pedicure and he got the Gentleman's pedicure. I haven't been there in several years and I was impressed by their new spa building adjacent to the older spa building, which now houses the barbershop and speakeasy. The pedicures were nice. The staff offered us a choice of water, tea, or coffee (but no cocktails can be ordered in the spa, unfortunately! They said it was because of a regulation that prevents them from selling alcohol in buildings outside the speakeasy). The actual pedicures included a foot soak, toenail clipping and filing, buffing off calluses, a foot scrub, and calf massage (and then for me a nail polish application).  My polish turned out well. At the end of the pedicures, we were offered small bags (these are given out to first-time customers) that contained coupons for other services at Quintana's. Overall, the service was great, and it was one of the best pedicures I've had in Cleveland. For the price ($50), though, I've had better pedicures in other cities. Read Less

Awesome barbershop, always professional and always on time. I've been going here for about 2-3 years and it's been an absolute pleasure. Theo is a master at what he does (though you can't go wrong with anyone there). I've done everything from show pictures of what style I want to "surprise me with something good" and I've never been disappointed with a haircut here. Great value for length of massage, yet you get the most relaxing results, making the value SO MUCH greater. I mean, serious Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh. And you have to try the couples massage. It's fabulous. Secret tip: Their website has instant gift cards, and if you need to hint to friends, you can put a digital gift card on your Amazon wish list and presto, print and go when someone buys you a gift card! From the first phone call, I was greeted professionally and pleasantly. The women who work here are fun, fun loving and thoughtful and the work is exemplary.
