The staff were friendly and able to fit me in the same day for refills but they aren't very good, 1 has already come off in less than 5 days since they are done and normally my nails stay on for 3 weeks, it was expensive too. Read Less

Was told wait was an hour. Waited an hour. Watched other people give up and leave. Finally i gave up and left. Shop is gross too, they have a filthy couch to sit on while you wait. Don't know how services are...places like this make me miss my home nail shop. Read Less

Everyone here has always been nice to me & do an amazing job with my nails! Never had any problems. Only thing is they do get super busy at times. It's a great place for a walk in. I am so impressed with my nails!! I've been here 3 times now and it's been better and better every time. It's been 2 weeks (tomorrow) since my last appointment with acrylics and they have lasted the best yet!! None have lifted and I still have all of them attached (which is an accomplished for me since I work in hospitality 5/6 days a week and am constantly working with water and chemicals and sometimes put alot of stress on them). Heading in tomorrow to get infilled so I can... keep them maintained which I've never done as I usually just let them all fall off so I'm excited to keep my long nails for more than 1-2 weeks The girls at Nails@Noosa are always a please and great to talk to and haven't ruined my nails like all other salons I've been to that file my natural nail back too much with the electric filer. My daughter went in on her own to get her nails done and she got gel Polish and they was all clumpy and chipped need to remind people it was only two days since she got them done so I told the guy this and he was like that's what they are suppose to look like she wanted matte which matte isn't suppose to be clumpy and so I said they shouldn't be chipped in that amount of time so he agreed to fix them than after he did he than told me I didn't need to come in with a attitude which I didn't have one until he said that they was suppose to look like that when you spend 40 on your nails they shouldn't look like that but that's OK they lost my busissness Read Less

I've been going here for over a year now and I love this place! The nail techs are very nice and they all do good work. I chipped my nail once (my fault, not because of shoddy work) and I showed up two hours after they closed but because they were still there they actually fixed it and didn't charge a thing. It's a bit busy in the mornings but hardly any waiting time in the afternoon-evening. I'm going to post their hours on here when I go for my balance tomorrow. Read Less

I will never go here again. I used to be a regular customer. Now I'll drive to Columbus before going back. Paid $110 for a solar set that needed balanced after a week a pedicure that the woman refused to trim my nails or scrub my skin, and I let my daughter come for the first time for mommy daughter time, they charged $17 to paint the fingers and toes of a 6 year old which all chipped off the next day. the woman was rude and hurried. I will NEVER go here again. The guy I had was VERY unfriendly. He kept stopping to text instead of doing my nails. Their color selection is slim to none. He kept yelling at my daughter.
