Only giving 1 start because I had to give at least one to write a review. The was my 1st time getting any services at this salon and it's close to my house so I thought I'd try them out. I made an appointment due to time restraints. When I got there, I was moved 3 times back and forth to different seats. I went in for SNS service...while my technician was friendly, my nails did not look good. When I washed my hands, I noticed how they had dents in them and were lumpy. I asked if he could try and fix them....which took even longer and I had already been there for over an hour. He seemed annoyed. He tried fixing 2 of them but all 10 had issues. The shape was supposed to be square, which I said a number of times but I ended up having them rounded out on the sides. I left with dented, lumpy, rounded edged nails. Excellent experience, the nail tech took her time to make sure it was done right. I got SNS w/tips and I've never been happier with my nails. It's been 1 week and they still look amazing. Stopped in yesterday for a pedicure. I decided to pay a little more and have the deluxe spa pedicure (with the cooling mask). The man who did my pedicure felt like he was only giving 50% effort, barely any massage. The polish he put on was SO THICK and glopped on. The first time I sat under the dryer for 15 mins the big toes both immediately smudged once checked if dry, to fix them he put on MORE polish. Sat for another 20 mins, they still weren’t dry and the glopped on polish just slid around again when checked. Another man checked on me, completely took off one of the toes and redid them, however after sitting for an additional 15 mins (which means I sat at the dryer for nearly an hour just trying to get my toes to dry) the freaking toe STILL SMUDGED. I don’t know what the deal was but I will not be back, not worth $45 at all. Read Less

I went in for a pedi and walked out with not only that but sns as well! There were so many colors to pick from the staff was extremely nice and very helpful in my choices I really couldn't ask for a better nail salon ♡ I will be returning very soon Read Less

Asked for a manicure. They didn't clip my cuticles, push them back, didn't massage my hand or put any lotion on them, and the polish job was horrible. It pooled around my cuticles and my nails werent wrapped with polish. 4hours later they are already chipping. My sister got acrylics, and 2 of them already broke in 4 hours.Read Less

My first time there yesterday with my 88 year old mom. Her nails looked unbelievable when we left! I got the SNS nails and LOVE them! I live on the east side but will be making my way over again when mom needs a new manicure! Great service and they treated my mom like she was their own! Read Less

Ok I found my new nail place! I'm kicking myself right now because I can't remember the guy's name who did my nails but he is AMAZING! So friendly and such a funny guy! I've been having trouble finding a place that I really love that can do a good stiletto nail, and I have found it! When I told him I wanted extra pointy he knew exactly what I meant, "like a weapon" haha and he gave me exactly what I wanted! They turned out PERFECTLY!!! He did such a beautiful job shaping them and was so fast! He's just an all around friendly person I really enjoyed my time with him. Then the girl who did my polish was super sweet and did a wonderful job as well! I am so pleased, I can't stop looking at my nails and I will be back to Good Nails again and again!! I go to US Nails every two weeks, I go to Mai and she does a great job. They are all very friendly and do try to make effort to doing what is right. If you make an appointment things move along faster, because there is generally a long wait. It is first come first serve. Very reasonable prices. Read Less

This is the best nail salon I have been to, they do great work and are very nice. Very clean nail salon. Previous salons I have visited in my area from other companies are dirty and service is not very good. If you want great nails go to USA Nails in Delhi on Rapid Run. Read Less

I've been here twice so far and this is the best nail place I have ever been to. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. They're fast without rushing you and they do a wonderful job. I've gotten SNS both times and it's what I'm going to get forever now. It doesn't chip at all and it's strong. It actually helped my nails grow. So far both times I've gotten Mya and she is amazing. Have been coming here for a long time now. Always have shellac and looks good and lasts a few weeks. Only negative is I wish they would have a larger choice of shellac/gel colours. Hopefully in the future! Read Less

Went in for a shellac manicure. They did a wonderful job! The technician was very thorough and detailed which is nice. Nobody likes someone doing their nails that just rushes through it carelessly. Best of all, they didn't charge extra for removing the shellac from my previous manicure which most salons do! I'll definitely be going back. Read Less

Great staff, VERY clean. The massage chairs are wonderful, prices are competitive. Located on Rapid Run by LaRosa's, I recommend coming here. They have large TV's playing soaps and daytime talk shows, and plenty of good magazines. I will come back to try shellac next time. Read Less

The place looked nice but it was the longest ive ever waited to get my nails done. (35 minutes). The lady who did my nails was extremely rough and was rushing majorly. When i went to the sink to wash my nails they only had one brush out and it was sitting in dirty water. They just arent smooth and dont look right.  Im not even sure why i gave it three stars.
