Terrible!!!! Wanted to get tips on ones that broke and then gel over the tips... They wouldn't do it!!!! So then I still talk myself into getting them done anyway and these people let someone that came in after me go before me. Absolutely the worst nail salon ive ever been to. Terrible customer service and extremely rude!!!!

I will never go back.she charge me for something I didn't ask for while getting my pedicure..also charged me $15 for a polish change never again..then the recepenist charged my card wrong so now I hav...

Love this place! Kim spent so much time on my feet and did a great job! I feel like I have new feet! I have found "my" nail salon in Cincinnati!

Came into nail salon at 2:24 . The lady was sipping on a,drink and said I can't do your nails. I said why she said because you come here before and let somebody else do your nails. Excuse me.............
Came into nail salon at 2:24 . The lady was sipping on a,drink and said I can't do your nails. I said why she said because you come here before and let somebody else do your nails. Excuse me.......... your salon goes by sign in sheet. What ever go clean your dam empty salon up.

The lady Lee that sits to the right.. is very disrespectful to lots of people...she got mad at me for goin to a different person one time,an now she will not do my nails told me i can go to other guy ...

Then i call to ask if kevin is workin or anyone else an she hangs up on me..jus very disrespectful..all others are great ..the wait is always a long time but they do great nails.
