I have been going to Q Nails off and on (when I have the funds, poor college kid here), for about 4 years. I wish I had discovered them in high school for prom and such, but alas. They have the best acryllics nails in all of Chillicothe, and I would know because I've tried everywhere else. Their techs truly put time and effort into filing down the acryllics to the perfect shape and thickness. People often think these are my real nails. I recommend leaving plenty of time on weekends if that's when you go, because they tend to get pretty busy. On Saturdays I usually have to wait over an hour. But if you plan for it, it's no big deal. I have been to so many nail places in town nail spa, real nails, posh nails and Q Nails will always be my go to. I have went there for 8 years now and although I have tried other places I always go back to them. They are so kind. They even make sure to come say hi to me when they see me at my job. This past week they REALLY went above and beyond for me. I got my nails done for my wedding a week in advance to look good for the bachelorette party. Well they were holding great looking good until I hit one very hard. The nail itself held great but made an air bubble under my natural nail (my fault) this happened the day before my wedding. I took the nail off in pain to check my natural nail then quickly went there to get it fixed. I explained the situation and they rushed to fix my nail free to help me get to my rehearsal on time. Today a few days after the wedding I went in to get them cut back and was met with more help and understanding. They put up with a lot from me being picky and are always great about it.Their only down side is the long wait but it is well worth it. Also if you have an emergency explain it and they try to get to you as quick as they can (like me wedding rush they squeezed my fix in while letting someone relax in their  pedicure) I could not rate this business high enough. So I thought I would give Q-Nails a shot since I've never been and really need my nails done. So I called and they said they don't close till 4 so I was happy especially because I was just getting off work and everywhere else closed at 3. So I just walked in which its 3:22pm, they lady asked what I wanted and I said a full set and she said sorry we can't we don't have time. Why not just tell me on the phone that you are already closed instead of me changing and driving all the way back out here. Sorry but you will not get my business, i believe if I'm in there before 4 you should still put me down. I work in a restaurant ( so I work for the public) and if someone comes in 5 min or before we lock the doors we still have to serve you because you got there before close!!! So it's safe to say I am not happy at all. And I will tell everyone about my experience and to not go there. The only person worth your time here is mi-mi. She is currently on vacation so I had Jon do my nails (been going there 4yrs) absolutely inadequate job didn't bother to actually examine the pictures I brought in for my nails. Got the shape wrong, messed up the paint twice and took 2 hours. Horrible good service has left that building. Disappointed. Read Less

Average pedicure, limited service for price. The lady who did my pedicure did not speak one word to me. Pointed, moved my feet, didn't even say hello when she sat down. Never asked how I liked it never offered a special design on my big toe. No scrub and very little massage. The only reason I even gave 3 stars is because the actual pedicure as far as removing dead skin and painting my nails was what I expected and was good.
