I'm so surprised by the low rating. My wife and I stopped in on a Saturday and the place was jammin. The service here was remarkable. Had a great pedicure however then I was sent to Tammy to do my manicure. Tammy snapped her gum in my face the entire time and RUSHED.  I have never had such an fast manicure (which was kind of a blessing with her blowing bubbles and chomping and snapping her gum).  Half the time she was cutting my cuticles she didn't even make contact with the skin! She was just tapping it against my nails going through the motions.  I have not even had my shellac on for a full week and multiple nails are coming up on the sides which snags on everything!  I spent over $100 on my services.  Will not return to this salon.  All other employees were great.  The man was super friendly and personable, the younger girl who did my pedicure was great as well and really took her time and did a great job.  My regular polish pedicure is lasting longer than my shellac manicure. Village Nail Salon in Chagrin Falls is a wonderful place for all things nails. I have gone here multiple times since moving to the east side. The decor isn't anything fancy and it can use updating but the service is great, the prices are great, and the staff are so friendly, plus they have a wonderful little dog Toby who loves to greet you as you walk in. The Village Nail Spa is my favorite place for a manicure and pedicure. The owner, David, is meticulous and gives a great foot and leg massage when having a pedicure. The prices are very fair and the work is done well. David and the other manicurists take great pride in their work. They want you to be comfortable and relaxed while being pampered. Space could use a facelift. Old carpet, old towels and cheap cleaning products, lotions and scrubs. Service was delightful though! David did a great job on my pedicure and cheerfully greeted every customer by name. He was also hilarious!
