one of the worst pedicures i've ever had. my polish is goopy and messy. my callouses weren't buffed down. the lady didn't even bother to remove all of my polish. she also started trimming her own hang nail while in the middle of doing my nails with the same cuticle clippers which had me questioning the sanitary quality of all the tools that were used on me. like i am beyond appalled that they let me leave with the service they gave me. i could've done my nails better myself heck it looks like a toddler painted them. certainly not worth the 35 dollars. i will not be back. would've given zero stars if possible. First, I called and made an appointment for my me and my mom for 9:30 on Saturday... They did not even get to the "salon" until 9:37, and they had a line waiting out the door. Once the opened, they seemed very frazzled and once we got in, the experience was sub-par. I got a shellac manicure, and he didn't do 75% of the things you receive with a manicure. He simply filed my nails then started painting. No cuticle work, no buffing, no prep, NOTHING. And it still cost $30+. I rarely post reviews but I want people to know NOT to go here, or to watch them very carefully to make sure they actually do work. Nails look OK, but very disappointed and wasted money. They were done by three different people - I keep trying different manicurists bc the gels peeled in 8-10 days. I also went to Chagrin Nail spa and paid xtra. They peeled too. I assumed it was just me. As a last ditch effort I tried Nails Creation and the gels have stayed on for almost three weeks. Read Less

They are friendly but my nails are different sizes. The ones not painted correctly. Also they did not clean up around my nails and make them look nice. They did not smooth them down. Like I said they're very friendly and nice but they did not do very well on my French tips not very happy especially for $53. Read Less

I am reluctant to give the storefront one star. The place was filthy (dusty, pile of discarded shoes, leftover water bottles and garbage left about, Christmas decor-mid January and dirty equipment) the technician was distracted, they cut my daughter's foot and did not even acknowledge it bleeding onto the floor. I've been going here on and off for a few years.  A couple owns this salon and they do a great job at greeting customers (many by name) and making the client feel comfortable.  I had found the work to be good for pedicures, however fills reflected inconsistent results - depending on the technician you rec'd.  I discovered that there is a vast difference in the work/results of the husband v. the wife with the husband providing the far better results.  He is also very gentle.  I think the reason is that the wife is never paying complete attention to her client, but rather greeting incoming clients, determining what service new clients need, chatting with clients etc.  This is only with fills - I've never had a bad pedicure no matter what technician I receive.  They have an OK selection of polish colors, I generally bring my own.  They will take credit cards/debit cards, however prefer tips to be in cash - probably b/c if the tip is added to bill, the credit card company places a fee on the tip.  Understandable. Worst set of acrylic nails I've ever had. No effort was put into making sure the white tips on evenly or when filing to make sure the nails ended up even 2 of them are starting to come off after only 6 days of having them and the clear coat was even put on sloppily. Will not be back Read Less

I love this place! Whenever something happens that is worth treating myself over, I go and get a pedicure (typically with my sister). With that being said... I've been here for birthdays, graduations, weddings, end of finals.... Anything and everything! I really enjoy the pedicures the most. They do a great job of massaging and moisturizing and buffing and pampering the customer. Price is on point as well! I highly recommend going here. They accept all walk-ins, I've never even had to wait. Read Less
