I had been waiting to get my toenails fixed for 5 minutes, when they sat a man who just walked in after I'd been sitting and being ignored for minutes. My name was on the sign-in, in front of his name. But he was soaking his feet and reading a magazine before they even spoke to me. Once they said they'd take care of me, they put me in a chair and vanished. She didn't even turn the water on. Late arrival was sitting pretty. Rude! I got up and left. I told the lady by the front who tried to stop me why I was leaving. She said something in a foreign language and laughed. I have had the best experience in a nail salon ever. I called Marcie because my nails were weak and splitting. I had tried every product on the market with very little positive result. Marcie suggested a treatment of IBX nail repair and hardener. Before we started she showed me a video explaining the whole process. After just three applications my nails are feeling much stronger and have not broken off. I am so pleased with the result. ... But the best part of the experience was Marcie's professional yet very friendly attitude to her work and to me as a client. After just one visit I thought like I had known her for ages. She explains carefully all the procedures as she is doing them. She doesn't rush you , she makes you feel very special. After the treatment she gave me a beautiful manicure with a gel polish colour of my choice. Just when you think it couldn't get any better she finishes off with a glorious hand massage. On the return visit not a sign of a drill to remove the old gel polish Marcy was able to remove it by taking the time to soak it off without damaging my natural nails at all . Feeling blessed today...I couldn't get onto my regular nail lady, so I searched and found Marcie just 15 mins from home! Instead of my usual in and out like a flash experience, with nails drilled (cringe) and no conversation.... I was completely surprised to have the exact opposite happen! The first couple of times I came the service was decent. My third time here they over charged for a simple pedicure with gel polish. The people were extremely rude and didn't break down the price. The list of prices they had on the wall did not add up. The guy attempting to explain was more than rude. I don't recommend coming here at all.
