My nail technician was Andy. I had a mani (with gel) and pedi done. He is very thorough which I really liked, however I was there for almost 3 hours (including a 15 minute wait). During the busy Holiday Season, I could not get into the nail salon I had gone to (notice "now past tense") since moving to Centerville in October, 2016. "Andy" did my gel manicure and pedicure. He was very thorough and attentive to both. Care was taken to be sure the water was the right temperature and the shape of my nails was to my liking. Andy gave me a beautiful french manicure on my hands. My nails came out looking perfect! As to the salon, it was very clean and something they care about. They actually use liners  in the pedicure bowls for sanitary reasons. The liner is "pitched" after each use. I'd never seen this before. This is truly a family owned business/small business - another reason I will be switching over to Lazio Nails! Read Less

Love this salon. Lots of pedi chairs, always responsive,  without even asking they bring you water. Had a falling out with my "other" salon. Wasn't feeling well and had my husband drop me off without an appointment. Sat there for 40 minutes and despite my being a regular nobody even spoke to me. After 4 people left and techs sent to back room  (lunch?) I got mad (yes . Calm as I am I can get mad) and called him to come and get me.Had read glowing reviews so asked him to bring me here. When I walked in and they said they were short handed and it would be 20 minutes I was glad to know i wasn't invisible. They told me to sit here where i could see tv, brought me  a drink and my nails never looked better. Customer for life. Read Less

I did my French tip mani and pedi w gel polish for a vacation, after a week I went back to have them take the polish off, they treated me like if I was not a person, very rude two ladies approached me... when I let the lady know to stop being so rude, and that I'm not liking the way she is treating me, she just took off the 2 foils that she put on my nails, and went to do her business... without any apologies or anything:( so then I just got out of that place shaking from being sooo nervous.. Then I went someplace else to get service done, where the staff was much nicer. Guys this was worst experience ever. This place is the best! They are always so friendly and do a wonderful job. This has become my regular spot and I wouldn't go any where else.You are greeted with a smile and a bottle of water. Anyone who has done my nails or pedicure always does a great job. I sometimes bring in pictures of designs I want and they can make them look spot on! They are fabulous! I had Andy and he gave me the best gel manicure I've ever had. He took his time and made sure I was comfortable through the whole appointment. He held friendly conversation and even stayed an hour after they were closed to do my nails properly. He told me a few times he takes pride in his work. I enjoy getting a manicure about once a year. Since I don't get them on a regular basis, I don't have a place that I usually go to. I was in my hometown of Kettering, Ohio and I decided that I was going to get my nails done for April, autism awareness month. I immediately got on Yelp and started searching for nail salons in the area and I found Lazio had the best reviews. I also noticed that Lazio didn't have that many reviews so I assumed it was new to the area. An important thing to note, is the area that it's in is a very up-and-coming area in Centerville. I trusted the reviews and I trusted my instincts so I called and made an appointment. The person on the other line was super friendly and scheduled me for that evening. When I got there, it was really clean and it smelled good. It wasn't overly crowded and the atmosphere was really positive and peaceful; it had good vibes.The nail technician greeted me as soon as I walked in the door and had me sign-in and got started. I was happy I didn't have to wait like I have had to in the past. The technician was super nice and very personable. She was really interesting to talk to; it wasn't just that boring small talk,  she made you feel like you knew her. I honestly dread that part of manicures because I usually have awkward silences the whole time or I feel fairly uncomfortable that a stranger is touching me so intimately without hardly any emotion behind it.... It was not like that at Lazio. The whole experience was great and my manicure was reasonably priced. I'll make an effort to come here when I get my nails done, even though I live in Columbus, Ohio. My friend and I were wanting pedis at the end of a long week and decided to go to Lazio nails. I typically go to another salon about 10 minutes away but my mom insisted that this was the best salon around- she was right! I have never been to a nail salon with so many smiling faces; every worker there was helpful and kind. I had called a little ahead of time in case there was a long wait, and when my friend and I arrived at the door, there was someone waiting to greet us personally (they remembered our names and what we had come for). Even though we arrived arrived little early, they accommodated us right away.Customer service was amazing, they have a lot of regulars from what I could tell, and the workers made an effort to remember everyone's name including ours even though we had never been before.
