RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL They do not answer the phone ...only voice mail and email...very unprofessional!! They no longer honor the Groupon that I bought and when I contacted them via email, I was dealt with very rudely by the owner! RUDE, LATE, AND UNPROFESSIONAL! My mother and I scheduled a Groupon appointment almost 2 months in advance and they called right before the date to tell us we would have to switch dates because our nail technician was hospitalized with a NAIL INFECTION. Then we came in the following weekend, and one of the nail technicians was late. We waited 1/2 hour and were told she was going to be 35 minutes late (over 1 hour late for our appointment)! The other technician was the only person there, she was VERY rude with us and made several remarks to us that made us feel unwelcome, like we were a bother to her. When we asked for a manager the tech was snippy with us and offered us a refund as our only option. Waste of time!!!This place is in a sketchy area with no signage to find the place, we noticed during our LONG WAIT wait that it was DIRTY, and the way the technicians attitude was is not fit for an environment you want to be pampered in. Poor management and rude staff that don't care about appointment time and get nail infections? I would stay FAR away from this one!!! Read Less

Worst manicure EVER. The owner was rude & acted like we were putting her out. Charged extra for glitter polish removal. Awful!... (added comment)  Hmmm. Then while she waited 30 minutes for her turn at the pedi, she probably could have soaked or removed her own "six" coats of glitter. Good luck staying in business. Read Less
