I went in today 3/12/18. Before I sat down I showed a picture of what I wanted, which was Chrome An Matte . The guy at table 4 told me sure he could do it no problem he told me 5 for every Chrome nail an 3 for Matte (mind u I was getting a fill). So as he begins to do the Chrome which I loved he completely left the Matte out so when I asked why he didn’t do it he got mad like I DIDNT show the picture 3 times. So as he finish my UNWANTED nail he prices me at at 48 how the hell it came to that is passed me . He did not tell me that it would b a 3 dollar charge to use my card, then when I get home to check my account it says 61.27 is pending for Natural Nail. Listen I work hard for mine An being OVERCHARGED for some UNWANTED nails really eats me alive. NEVER AGAIN will this happen cause I did learn from my mistakes.. oh p.s went there 2 weeks ago got the same thing just a different color an a nail fix An my total was 38 nothing more. I read the other reviews and decided to take my chances and go here despite the bad reviews. As it turns out, it was a good decision. I had a very nice girl do a great job on my nails. I called ahead and made an appointment and they took me as soon as I walked in the door. So I don't know what you ppl experienced, maybe it's you? Read Less

This place is DIRTY. The girl that did my nails was nice and did a good job, but the product they use is cheap and poor quality, and everything is disgusting. The tools she used weren't even sanitized, she cleaned them from the previous use as she went using a spray bottle and paper towels :/ I feel like I have to take antibiotics after leaving. I have been getting my nails done for over 20 years and this is the worst salon I have ever been to.  I normally go elsewhere but since I just wanted my pink and white taken off I figured I would to this salon because it's relatively close to where I reside. I walk in and the place was pretty crowed but that's to be expected on a Saturday as well as the day before Easter. So I sign in and wait. As I look around the waiting area I notice the place is not kept well.  The polishes that are in the display area of the counter are unorganized and look old, the clock has a thick layer of white dust coating it and there are numerous huge dust bunnies in the enclosure surrounding their neon sign in the window, huge. As I continue to wait I notice that they are turning people over pretty quick so it won't take too much longer until it's my turn. When my name is called I am directed to the airbrush table. When I sit down the entire table is in disarray, just supplies and stuff everywhere, no organization. There is barely enough room for me to put my hands in front of me. So the gal pulls out a small warmer and a bowl for me to soak, doesn't greet me. I don't even want to think about where she got the acetone from or how many times it was used prior to me, I was too distracted by all the other grossness around me. There is polish painted all over the table. As I look at my surrounds I notice the place is absolutely filthy. Disgustingly filthy. I actually wondered to myself how they pass their inspection with the place being kept in this condition. It was appalling. There is just dust coated on everything. I understand that nail salons get dusty given the nature of what they are doing but this is a whole different level. And there is also two different types of dust. Dust from not cleaning and dust from the products. The chairs were torn and in desperate need of replacement. The shelves that hold the polish as well as the pictures hanging had no aesthetic appeal or reason as to why they were where they were. So I sit, and sit, and sit and sit. I waited far longer than I should've. I debated getting up and walking out. I was then moved to a station and the tech started filing away at the speed of light. Aggressively, so fast and rough but yet doing and accomplishing nothing. I could sense a look of disgust on my face. My nails didn't look like they were touched and I ended up refilling and shaping at home. My whole visit was over two hours. Never again. I would've rated zero stars if that was an option. Read Less

I came here with my sisters.  There was a long wait time for a pedicure but that can be expected. However, the experience was horrible. The fumes and smell was incredibly strong like the ventilation wasn't working. Everything was covered in white dust and was literally just dirty. The sink was so gross. When I finally got into the chair and the girl started she took a file out of the trash can and used it on my toe nails. I stopped her and asked her did she seriously just take it out of the trash. The lady next to me saw it and called her out on it as well.  She tried to say she didn't understand English although she literally just got done telling me she had to make her son lunch after she just got up and left. I then told the girl doing nails next to me to ask her where she got the file.  They started talking loudly to each other but I was done. She pulled the cheese grater out but the was no way they were touching my feet again. I left right away but since my sister was a few chairs down they didn't know we were together. As soon as I left the same lady doing my feet sent her son to the dollar general a few doors down for bleach. Only problem is they put them under the sink and didn't clean anything.  They also tried to charge my sister double for her pedicure. Read Less

The place was very clean, the atmosphere was friendly and I love the work they did. I only give it 4 stars because the people weren't as friendly, the man I had was still professional. I would have liked to see more options for nail designs but I think they could do whatever someone asked them to. Overall good experience and I would totally go back. Read Less
