This is the only place that I have ever been to that the owner came out, looked me dead in the eye, and told me that he as zero interest in making a transaction easier for the customer. His staff looked embarrassed and kept apologizing for his rude behavior. The services and the front desk were good! Just keep the owner away or send him to charm school please.

Amadeus Spa offers a wide variety of services including massages and manicures, botox treatments, nutritional supplements and mineral make up. The staff is amazing and professional! We've enjoyed the spa for over 10 years! It's relaxing atmosphere is warm and welcoming with all the comforts a professional spa should have!

This SPA consistently deleted their poor reviews on facebook, I have checked frequently and have noticed this from other people's reviews, also my own review was deleted. The help at the desk are unfriendly and unwelcoming. I booked an appt with Kathy for a Brazilian, she was nice enough, but she did not wear gloves. That sends a clear message that they do not take infection control seriously. This is a major violation. You are forewarned!

Whenever I visit Ohio from California I always want to go to Amadeus Salon! The owner, Tim is awesome! I highly recommend checking out the salon, it's well worth it!

This is the only place that I have ever been to that the owner came out, looked me dead in the eye, and told me that he as zero interest in making a transaction easier for the customer. We've enjoyed the spa for over 10 years! It's relaxing atmosphere is warm and welcoming with all the comforts a professional spa should have!

This SPA consistently deleted their poor reviews on facebook, I have checked frequently and have noticed this from other people's reviews, also my own review was deleted. The help at the desk are unfriendly and unwelcoming. I booked an appt with Kathy for a Brazilian, she was nice enough, but she did not wear gloves. That sends a clear message that they do not take infection control seriously. This is a major violation. You are forewarned!
