HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service!!! They’ve turned me away on two different occasions. First time was two hours before they closed and they said they didn’t have enough people. This time I went in when they opened (about 11:30am) on a MONDAY- I was told they couldn’t get me until after 6pm and they (man that works there) was really rude. It was more than enough staff there! I have been coming here for about a year now and i will never go anywhere else! Nina is my nail tech and she does an Amazing job!! Anything i bring to her she can replicate and the products they use are top of the line, I never have lifting or nails popping off. This place is a little pricier BUT you get what you pay for! I have been to several other spots previous to this one that were cheaper but did poor work or the product wasn't very good. I loved my visit at The Salon***** Great location!!! Great team!!! friendly&warm welcome!!! Had my nails beautifuly painted by Pam,lots of colours and designs to choose from,she takes her time explaining everything from A to Z about nails and gives you cheap great tips on how to deal with minor nail problems.l had a deep cleansing facial with Dawn which l must say is amazing,l have very sensitive skin which is dry and sun damaged,what a difference!!! she made my skin feel like new and days later it still feels smooth and lifted,she also gave me some great tips on how to look after my skin!!! first off I watched them turn away black women without an appointment saying they were all booked up. 3 to be exact. but 2 white women without appointments came after and were served. secondly, the man there did my pedicure and he charged me $30 with cash even though they advertise to give you a 7% discount if you pay with cash. there was no discount applied and I tipped the guy. yet now that I'm home an hour later my heels are still very dry, so other than filing and painting my toenails every thing else was basically a waste of my time. I would not recommend this place to anyone. especially women of color since they seem to have a problem serving us. Read Less

What an excellent experience we had at The Salon yesterday! I was tired of the "same old" hair colour so gave Anthony the challenge of doing something different by still manageable as I'm not able to get to the salon as often as I would like! *DON'T COME HERE*This is the worst nail salon I have ever been to in my life and I've been to ALOT of nail salons. Since its in a Walmart I shouldve guessed it wasn't going to be that good. I went in to get a full set and while she was doing my nails I asked to get narrow long nails and she explained to me that it would be $60 DOLLARS?!?! what a rip off. I've been to many nail salons and have NEVER seen such a price for that type of service. So I just got the $28 short square nails. Also one of my nails were a little wiggly after she glued it and she tried to explain to me how it's suppose to be like that? Lol this place is a joke. Not to mention the lady doing my nails had a horrible attitude. Oh and the nail dryer uv light and also the massage chairs stopped working while I was there which just gives you an idea of what this place is really like. Horrible customer service, bad prices. I don't get my nails done but there was a solar kitty in the window by the cashier desk. I asked "How Much?" The Mom said"$10." The daughter got one out and on the bottom it said"$5.99." I showed her and the Mom said"No!!" $10!" How rude! She should be turned in to the Better Business Bureau! Read Less

I advise people not to go to this place. They overcharge tremendously first off. They rush to get done! They will tell you one price then change it when you cash out. They are not friendly some are but not how a nail shop should be. It was the worst experience I've had since I moved to Columbus. I honestly wish there was away you could give No star!!! This places is awful. All of the prices they list are incorrect. They tell you one price and then by the end of your appointment your spending upwards of 50 dollars for a regular acrylic full set. They charge you by the length starting out at 28 dollars. Didn't compare lengths of my nails on left and right hand. The technician was nice but that was it. Been getting my nails done for three months everywhere around Columbus and this was definitely the worst expierence I've had so far. Read Less
