Initially, I had a good impression of this place because they were nice enough to take our credit card information and take us at our word when their credit card machine was down (we didn't have cash)...
Initially, I had a good impression of this place because they were nice enough to take our credit card information and take us at our word when their credit card machine was down (we didn't have cash).
That was where the good experience stopped. The guy who did my nails was not willing (or not able) to communicate with me and ignored anything I said to him. He glued every single one of my nails to my fingers, which has never happened before at another nail place. Although another technician was effectively able to remove the excess glue, it was an uncomfortable and unnecessary process of forcing the nail filing drill (without the tip) under my nails into my finger tips.
The guy that prepped my acrylics also went over my natural nails again and again with the drill until they were paper thin and bright red, showing the skin underneath. He also repeatedly went over the skin around my nails and I had little scabs on my fingers a few days later! I've been getting my nails done for years, and that has never happened. Now that my nails are starting to grow out, the natural nail underneath has started breaking off from the acrylic tips... I'm afraid to remove the acrylics, so I'm just filing them down as they grow out so that I don't end up with no fingernails at all.
Most reviews are praising Jessica, who was efficient and pleasant. However, she should probably be more careful about screening her technicians.

New owners in the past few months! They have made many cosmetic upgrades, new pedi chairs, fresh paint, new tile floors and a lot of other smaller updates. They do a fabulous job with my pedicures! Staff is friendly and polite. I miss the other ladies..felt like old friends....but the new crew does a fantastic job!

I had literally just moved to the area and I broke a nail while dealing with a box. I had to go somewhere to get it fixed so I called Asia Mails after reading great Yelp reviews.I was told to come right in and so I headed over. Within ten minutes of calling I was in a chair getting my nail fixed. When it was repaired, I asked how much, and I was told nothing. I couldn't believe that he fixed my nail for free! He gave me his card and said to come back when I needed my other nails filled! I will be back for sure!

In town and stopped in for a pedicure and manicure. Very friendly staff. Really enjoyed the entire experience. Place was clean and they did an excellent job. Will be back when in town again.

I was a walk in appointment and was unsure of how my experience would be. I came to Asia nails based off of one review I read, and the fact it was close to the location where my child was being watched. Anyways... I went in to get a mani pedi and the gentleman working informed me it would be about twenty minutes. (Being around the holidays and not having an appointment I didn't see an issue with this.) Overall the staff was very friendly and welcoming. They didn't consistently speak in another language, and when they did you didn't get the feeling they were talking about you. ( I have had this in other places I have gone to.) They offered me the shellac color on my nails for my mani, and I decided to try it. It is a bit pricier but I will definitely get it again. (Much faster dry time and they said it lasts 2-3weeks longer.) I will be going back!

I have been going to this place to get my nails and toes done. They're doing really great job. I highly recommend this place to everyone.I get the pink and white on my nail. I have to say that really awesome. It's last for me about 4-5 weeks and then get the pink fill. And I try the pedi at there also. My heel used to really bad, but after they done with the deluxe pedicure about 45min to an hour .after that My leg, my toe, my heel.....so smooth out, getting a lot better. And also the art on my big toes pretty nice.They're so friendly and the place look so cleans. I was happy with everything at there.
