After waiting one full hour and being ignored and starred at? The manager finally instructed the lady to attend to me, cause if it was up to her she was going to leave me standing there! I sits down and she asked me about my length then starts speaking different language to other one and tells me I will be charged 30 for a fill in !!! Not to mention I witnessed a woman pay for her and her daughter nails and the total was 65.00 and she added th tax and it totaled to 69.22. In the state of Ohio it’s 3.5%sales tax and she charged each a tax knowing they were
Paying together!!!! They are greedy!!!! Thought I was
Gonna pay cause my husband came and was willing

Walked in to have 3nails repaired after less than a week and was told by the manager he didn't have time. He was done after his current customer at 5:30pm and they close at 8:00pm!!!!!! He just didn't want to guarantee his own work!! Absolutely horrible customer service. No customer loyalty or appreciation at all.

I've never heard of a pedicure with no lotion massage, but obviously here if you don't get the basic pedicure you don't get lotion.. you get a "sugar scrub". They messed up my nails and tried to ignor...
I've never heard of a pedicure with no lotion massage, but obviously here if you don't get the basic pedicure you don't get lotion.. you get a "sugar scrub". They messed up my nails and tried to ignore it then when I pointed it out, she barely fixed it. Not a large color selection at all. Overall, there are better places in the area and this place is average.. almost below average. The prices are good, but for the same price I could get more color options and lotion and sugar.
EDIT: MY NAILS CHIPPED AND BROKE WITHIN TWO DAYS!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!! When I went to ask them to fix it, he said they aren't responsible for breaking, because they just fill in the gap they don't focus on the full nail when you are getting a fill in. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!

Great menu of pedicures in massage chairs. They use sanitary disposable pedicure basin covers to protect customers' health!
Be careful of addiction to the pampering of the relaxing pedicures which help keep my toe nails healthy and clean (I used to get ingrown toe nails, hang nails etc, which are now all gone due to regular care).
The leg and foot massages come with the pedicures are my favorite!
- Silver is for regular maintenance every one or two weeks.
- Gold is for those who comes in regularly and enjoy the sugar scrub that is relaxing, exfoliating dead skins and adding back needed moisture to their skin.
- Platinum (aka Bella) is for those who have not been keeping up with their feet and lower legs resulting in callous, or even cracked dry feet
My MANicure is masculine and manly and I love it. (A bit gothic).
Staff is great fast and professional. It gets busy during the warm days so I sometimes make an appointment when I can or walk-in when I don't have a chance to think ahead (then I would have to wait a little bit, or get to see someone right away depends on time and day of week).
Great selection of name brand nail polish, shellac/gel polish and wide range of SNS dipping color powder which my wife love.

appointment at 10:30 and they started on me at 11:15. No consideration of the customers. overbooking is not considerate of customers. and not a great job either. i will not be back. JACKIE

Great selection of name brand nail polish, shellac (gel) polish, and SNS powder colors which my wife really likes.But for me, i like the great menu of pedicures in massage chairs. Very impressed they use sanitary single use pedicure basin cover to protect customers' health! I'm becoming addicted to the pampering of the relaxing pedicures which help keep my toe nails healthy and clean (I used to get ingrown toe nails, hang nails etc, which are now all gone due to regular care). The leg and foot massages on the pedicure menu is also my favorite! Having my calous removed makes put the spring back into my steps. Lots of guys come here to get pampered and keep their nails and feet maintained every 3 to 4 weeks.I've gotten great SNS matte black nails done for my hands to protect my easily torn nails (for some reason I started to notice my nails would tear for little to no reason in the last few years). I went there for a shellac manicure. Only 2 days after getting the manicure the shellac was peeling off. I noticed that they used off brand materials. I would recommend going to a higher quality salon or specificity asking for opi or a well known name brand to see if they have it. The staff is friendly but the quality is poor.

To start, the service itself was very good and the salon is very clean. The technicians were also very nice and accommodating (I asked to have my nails done at the same time as my pedicure and they said they could accommodate that request). However, they were unorganized and didn't manage the time I was trying to save at all. Just leave extra time, but the services themselves are fine and reasonably priced. I also appreciated that they had opi gelcolor and not an unknown brand.

Horrible service. Had 1:00 appointment for 4 pedicures. At 1:40 two of us started, then 30 minutes later two more. Short staffed and very disorganized. The fun was getting pedis with girlfriends before vacation. Not so much. Will not return.

They messed up my nails and tried to ignore it then when I pointed it out, she barely fixed it. Not a large color selection at all.
