The owner waits until several of us have been waiting at least 45 minutes, (one lady was waiting an hour and a half!) to tell us they would not be able to get to us tonight! WHY on earth wouldn’t you tell people that when they got there? Don’t say hello, let them sign in and wait that long before telling them. My two daughters had planned a birthday outing for me the day we went in for pedicures. When my one daughter had called to make the appointment, she specifically asked that the 3 of us all sit together and get our pedis done at the same time. When we got there, it wasn't crowded at all but we had to wait about 15-20 to get seated. Two of us were taken care of right away but my other daughter sat there patiently and waited for someone to come and start hers. After about 15 minutes she asked what the holdup was and the one doing my pedi (which turned out to be the owner) said he was going to start on hers in a minute. One daughter had her pedi completed and she proceeded to polish my nails while the one who started mine started on my daughter's. My daughter had openly commented that she hoped they weren't going to 'hurry up' and do hers but that's exactly what had happened. They took much longer for our pedis and massages and hers went bing-bang-boom. When she paid, she left a tip for my other daughter and me but only left 1/2 the tip for the owner who did hers. In the end she was disappointed in her pedi and massage but my other daughter and I were pleased with ours. Additionally, when my daughter had mentioned that when she made the appointment that she specifically requested the 3 of us be done at the same time but one of the technicians said "they were busy with it being prom season", although there were only 2-3 other customers in the whole shop. If they didn't have the capabilities to do what we'd requested, they should have specified it when my daughter called to make the appointments, NOT after we were there and were a "captive audience." Personally, I wouldn't go back to the shop just due to the mixup that could have been avoided when the appointments were made. Read Less

All these nail salons need to learn up to date nail art. Nail art isn't a line or flower on your nail lol there's much more to it. None of these salons including glamour do, overpriced, do what they want,...actually pathetic !(All these salons) if their wanting to pay me they can screw em up all they want ! Read Less

I desperately needed a mani pedi, and two ladies attended to me right away. They were both so attentive and they did a great job, making me feel very cared for. The facilities are beautiful, clean, and very welcoming. Much more relaxing! Read Less

The staff is super friendly and the prices are very reasonable for this area! It's always super clean and they have a great selection of colors for both normal polish and gel. They always make sure that the customer feels at home.Read Less

I absolutely love this place. The women are very nice and good. Whenever I get my gel done here they last at least 3 weeks, still looking great. They understand what I want and give it to me, unlike many other nail places I have tried. Great magazine selection! Once I started going here, won't go anywhere else! Read Less
