I’ve been coming here for about 2 years and I think I’m going to try somewhere else. I went yesterday about 5 to get my nails filled because they looked terrible. I usually get a manicure and or a pedicure and the last 4 times I’ve gone they do such a terrible job. I somehow always get the same woman to do my nails and she is the absolute worst. Great personality but terrible at her job. I paid extra for gel polish on a regular manicure and it all peeled off within 3 days. I thought well maybe it’s me so I’ll give it another try...nope, same thing, same tech. Decided I’d use up the gift certificate I got for Christmas and get a full set of nails put on. Omg! They were so chunky, misshaped, and started to lift. Went back to get them filled hoping maybe I’d get a different tech but nope...same one. This time she changed the shape and they are so thin...got gel polish and it’s hideous. It’s so spotty and just ugly. I’m embarrassed. Not to mention the nails are lifting and there’s dirt under them. She saw that that are lifted and just said “oh it okay.” Not to mention that one of th nails looks like it’s legit sideways. The first time I came here, the very second I got home my nail cracked in half. After the second visit Im done with this place. I'm so upset with this nail salon. I paid $35 all for my nails to be ruined before I even left the salon. The guy made one of my acrylics noticeably tilted to the left. My nail polish was swirling underneath the clear coat because he didn't let the last coat dry more before he decided to put the clear coat on. And on the 3rd day ALL of my nails are lifting. When I got home I had to repaint them, now 3 days later I'm having to file all of them to make them symmetrical. The guy rushed with both my mother and I. It's ridiculous having to pay $35 for nails that look like they're only worth $5. When I lived in San Antonio, Texas I would pay $25 for nails that looked and held up like they were well worth $65. I used to come here for years. Unfortunately I was too embarrassed to return because I had such a terrible experience. I showed a picture to the technician. It was nothing complicated. Just white nail polish with some colored glitter on the tips of my nails. He painted my nails white and then started the top coat and I stopped him and asked where the glitter was and he said they couldn't do it. This guy was seriously going to paint my nails white and send me on my way!! So I asked if he had anything similar and he said no, so I left with my nails sloppily painted with weird designs that he attempted to free hand on them. I even watched him smear the paint on my nail and he left it! UGH. Read Less

I have been here twice so far to get a fill in and both times I have been very happy with the service and job done. I had two different nail techs and both were excellent. I will continue going here for my future nail needs. Price is very reasonable too! Read Less

So I went there not that long ago, It was horrible. The guy who did my nails was rude and disrespectful. He tried to blame his mistake on me, even if it were my mistake he was very rude about it and didn't handle it well. The whole time he was fixing my nails he made ugly comments. Walked in for a mani-pedi, Lisa was amazing!  She really did an excellent job on my gnarly feet, removing months of neglect.  She was pleasant and takes a lot of pride in a job well done.  This salon is located in the Marc's Plaza in Brunswick.  Very clean and modern. Read Less

I went here for my wedding pedicure and acrylics. The staff was very friendly and did a great job! My maid of honor and one of my bridesmaids came with me as well and they got us all in without an appointment (which I never expected). I will definitely be back and highly recommend them!
