Went there for my first time, was not impressed. Started out alright welcomed me but when the man began to place my tips on they were crooked. I have very small nail beds so it's hard for tips to fit on my nails. The man trimmed the tips to fit but did a bad job. Their process is different from other nail shops. I have tried to give this nail salon multiple attempts to prove me wrong; I am not very satisfied each time I leave. I haven’t been here in years because I always go to Levi’s Commons, but today I decided to come here because I’m in a time crunch and it is so close. The staff is rude. They don’t greet you when you come in... furthermore, the quality of their work is not very great. I had to tell the woman doing my pedicure how to do it! I’m never coming back. Not impressed. Unfortunately my shellac only lasted a solid two days, which is unheard of. It started to peel up around the edges. I work in an office, so I am not hard on my hands/nails by any means. I wasn't able to make it back into the salon until it had been exactly a week, and at this point it was peeling off. They did not offer a refund. As a side note, the salon is not very clean. The waiting area is full of dust, and the windowsills are full of cobwebs and insects. Read Less

I went in today to have my nails filled and repaired, after waiting almost 4 weeks to have it done. 3 of them had fallen off and most of the others were coming loose, which was all due to my neglecting them. So, they recommended I get a new full set but I could only afford the fill and repair today. Even tho I couldn't afford it they gave me a whole new set for the price of the fill and repair. I guess there r benefits to being a regular/valued customer. These people r great, always friendly, and my nails r always beautiful when I leave. Decent polish selection, decent prices. Some of the staff aren't very friendly or attentive which is rather irritating. Even if you try and engage them, they seem annoyed or like they want to mock you. Nails (acrylic) were quality and lasted a while. Last time they were so hard to remove that my finger nails suffered and ached for days. But typically quality work, but the staff could be warmer. Read Less

I was hesitant to go here because of the bad review but I am so glad I did. I had a manager/owner who did my manicure and pedicure or it was a great experience they took the extra time to make sure that everything was great the massages lasted for about 15 minutes which is unheard of they were very friendly I would recommend this to people Read Less

I got acrylics from here and am very disappointed. The gentleman was harsh on my nails to the point where one of them began to bleed. Not even a week out and one of my nails has already broke. Fairly expensive for the quality you're getting. Read Less

I took my niece there to get her nails that she had been wanting French tips for a long time. The wife of the husband that owns the shop did her nails she did an excellent job. My niece is 10 I thought that they might hurt her because she’s so young or cuticles but she was very gentle my niece really loves her nails and can’t wait to have them filled they look beautiful and they’re staying on perfectly I don’t know why all the negative reviews but I give it two thumbs up I will never take my niece anywhere else and I would 100% recommend this place to anyone. Do not go here!!! This is the worst experience I've ever had. The first time I went the man was extremely rude. I have never been in so much pain while getting my nails done. I decided to try it again hoping it was just a bad day and this were still terrible. Every time I go in there is little to no wait. The workers there don't talk to you much but I like that. I have never had any problems with my nails. Only down fall they are pricey to do designs but if you like just a French tip or one color it's a fair price. I like my nails to be a bit crazy so I tried a few other places near by. Every other place I went I had a problem and had to return to elegant nails to fix them. This is the only place I will let do my acrylic. I'm not the only one a good friend feels the same way. I seen that one other person yelled at because they was unsastified. Well one time the guy started painting and I decided that I didn't like the color after all and he redid them with no problem. Another time due to my clumsiness I bumped my nail while drying and they fixed it once again with no Problems. I walked in, and the girl was listening to music and just stared at us, not saying a word, then a guy came out and made things complicated, and they're prices are OUTRAGEOUS. I found cheaper ones, all I wanted was simple acrylic nails, and they came out crooked, and there was the stuff under my nails, from now i'm going to World Nail in the Woodland Mall, good quality for good prices! About 2 years ago I went to this nail salon and observed the owner being extremely rude and arrogant towards a woman that came in to complain that one of the nails that had been put on the day before had fallen off. The woman politely argued that the nail was not attached correctly to start with and didn't feel she should have to pay again. The owner proceeded to SHOUT at the woman that if she didn't like what he did she could just get out of his store. The woman stood her ground but he went ballistic. She left in tears and the rest of us customers were visibly shaken. Unbelievable! Well, a couple of years had gone by so the other day I decided to give Elegant Nails another try and went in for a pedicure (the nail shop in the mall had a line of women waiting for pedicures and Elegant Nails was empty.....red flag), A woman had me sit in a chair and without speaking one word to me gave me the laziest and most unprofessional pedicure I have ever had. When she finished (in less than a half hour) she had me sit in a chair for my toe nails to dry and took my money.About this time the man from my earlier visit lazily walked out of the back room, yawning and wordlessly started to work on the nails of another poor sap that had walked in. It was clear to me that their attitudes towards their jobs were the reason that the shop was virtually empty the whole time I was there. The whole atmosphere in the shop was that the customers were annoying them for making them work.I was sitting at the toe nail drier (cheap fan) and I took a closer look at my feet and noticed that several of my toes were not polished completely. My small toe in fact was only 1/2 polished. And my feet were roughed up and coarse because the woman had only spent maybe 30 seconds on them. I asked the woman to please come over to me so that I could ask to fix the polish. It took her a few minutes to walk over to me and when I showed her my toe that wasn't polished she literally started screaming to the owner in their native language. Not knowing what she was shouting made me very uncomfortable and I asked her to speak to me. The owner yelled "She don't talk to you, I talk". I told him I was not happy with my pedicure and asked him why he was shouting at me. He told me to get out if I didn't like my pedicure. He was irate!Now everyone knows that the correct response to my concerns would be to have me get back in the pedi chair and fix my feet. Oh but NO. That is not how this shop works. The customer is ALWAYS wrong and tough luck if you get ripped off.I had to go to Walgreens and find a nail polish similar to the color put on at the shop and finish polishing my toes myself. What a joke.Please save yourself the acute discomfort of being around these people. There are plenty of other nail salons around that will treat you kindly and respectfully and make sure you leave satisfied. Read Less
