RUDE staff. The main girl behind the register is horrible. I went in for a balance and she took me immediately but proceeded to talk on the phone for 10 mins. At the end of my visit she complained about my color choices. Then proceeded to tell me she needed to hurry because she had an appointment waiting. Very nicely decorated and the technician was friendly and welcoming but when I came in the other day I was disappointed with how my gel manicure turned out, for $37 it's already chipping the next day! The gel isn't like other manicures I've gotten before and it was a very thin layer. With gel manicures I've gotten from other places my nails have at least lasted for 2 weeks.Edit: 3 days later and my whole nails are peeling off. Went for first time since place on Gay St was closed.  I will NEVER go back.  The woman was so rude and acted like she hated everything.  I don't need small talk or special treatment, but wow, at least say hello.  She talked incessantly the whole time to another employee. I don't know what was being said as it was Chinese. She didn't acknowledge that I was even in front of her and was a human being until the end when it was time to tip (and I still gave good tip in case they share it).  She cut into my cuticle and made it bleed and said nothing.  The older lady seemed nice-at least she smiled. And I got a regular manicure and pedicure and it was $53, not $42.I will go to Gay St. or anywhere else but there.I'm giving one star but it should be a negative star. Went here for a gel manicure all seemed fine until I got home and it was already falling off. I called and they say they would redo it and refund me so I went back immediately. They removed it and then told me I was done and they would not be reapplying the polish for me. I have never had this happen. The manager was very rude and laughed in my face. Do not ever go here!!! I went in today to get a pedicure. I selected the VIP pedicure which I'm pretty positive said $25. Upon checkout, my bill was $48. When I mentioned it, the lady either didn't understand or just left it as is. Maybe I made a mistake but that was a pretty significant price difference and I don't plan to return based on that. I've never had an issue with wait times or a rude staff like other reviews outline but the end product is just totally underwhelming. I have been several times bc of the convenient location but will definitely be going out to Easton going forward. Their mani/pedi doesn't last at all - chips, peels, smudges. Twice the gel color hasn't matched what I picked out - and once it was like a hypercolor polish that changed colors depending on the temperature. I felt like a 3rd grader. They only told me AFTER it was on and I didn't have time to fix it. The manicure specifically doesn't look professional and even the gel version doesn't last. One of the worst customer service experiences i've ever had and that's saying a lot. Went in for a gel manicure and everything started off fine. As my manicure continued I noticed many mistakes/smudges in the polish. At least 7 fingers had marks. I told the woman doing my nails the problem and she kept half fixing the mistakes but they just kept happening. Growing more and more annoyed I said I was just going to leave. The woman ignored me, said nothing and continued "doing" my nails. Said something again that i wanted to go somewhere else. Ignored me again instead kept speaking to another employee next to her and completely ignoring me. Then she mentioned she had never turned the gel light on. So that explains why my manicure was so horrible. Not a single apology, barely even acknowledged I was there. Just talking with another employee. I know people are human and make mistakes but to just blatantly ignore me and act like I don't exist is so rude. I eventually had to just get up and leave. Horrible job and horrible service. I highly recommend this nail salon! They are so friendly and my nails always look great! The salon is new, clean and pretty and they genuinely want your experience to be a relaxing one. I have tried this place 3 times. I am done! Rude, rude, rude. Appointments are not honored for the time they are despite you being absolutely on time even 5-10 minutes ahead. They just keep saying "Yes" to anyone that walks in, when are is not enough staff to say YES to each wallet walking it, as that is how I believe they view people - wallets, so those who made an appointment get slighted.  As well, I was a walkin-in the 3rd time and was "parked" after being told only a few minutes wait, it was 20 minutes and still not one person said anything to me. I finally asked how much longer and was told 30 minutes more! That is when you say you are too busy sorry cannot take a walkin. I believe they just want to rack up the money and the customer service is absolutley last. My first time going was great, and my gel mani lasted the two weeks it should. My second gel mani was horrible. The gel was uneven in places, my cuticles were cut, and it didn't last. I decided to not get my gel manis there after that. For $40+, you'd expect a great mani consistently. Between visits, I also got my eyebrows waxed. My first few times were great. I went on Monday and got burnt. I have now scabbed and wanted them to know they should probably turn their heat down on the wax. Instead of apologizing and saying they will, they tried to say no one else has had a problem, my skin is thin, etc. I tried to explain in the five years of getting my brows waxed this has never happened. Then, the woman I was talking to walked away and the man I was also talking to put in his head phones. No one told me what was happening. The woman came back with Neosporin. I told them I didn't need Neosporin, and again, I just wanted them to turn the heat down. Unfortunately, the conversation came down to me saying I will not be returning. Only then did they try to offer a refund, free mani/pedi, or for me to take the Neosporin with me. They lost a customer simply because they can't say sorry and turn down the wax heat. Read Less

Worst place I have ever been too. I expected that when I pay $43 for nails they won't fall off after a day. Second they had no idea what they were doing. It took them 2 hours to do some gel dip French tip. I much rather go pay for fake nails at Walmart Than this place. The lady couldn't even glue the tip on 6 fell off ask she was filing. What a wonderfully relaxing experience...now, please add massage to the menu of services!My clinicians were attentive, pleasant and non-rushed.  Not only did I get a pedicure and a manicure, I got exfoliation and massage to my feet, legs, arms and hands.  They also wrapped me up with hot towels (which eased my arthritis, which is why I wish they offered neck massage)! The shop is very clean and comfortable and there was NO pressure to upswell me on product or services, nor did they pressure me to leave a tip before finishing their craft!; in fact, I had to ask if it was ok to add a tip. I went here for the first time today. And I loved it! As soon as we walked in, my boyfriend commented, "Seems clean, I like it." The nail salon is spotless! You will see the ladies putting their tools in the sanitation machine periodically.I got a Spa Pedicure by Ling Ling and she did a wonderful job! This is one of the first times that someone has did my nails and cut my cuticles without making them bleed - hooray! For that reason alone, they get 5 stars. I almost fell asleep while getting my toes done. The massage chairs were comfortable, too! I made my appointment for 1:30 p.m. but they were able to get me in early. I called ahead to make an appointment for sculptured nails and when I got there  they asked me what can I do for you, I told them I called in and asked for sculptured nails they said ok. They made me wait 20 minutes then when it was my turn, they told me they don't do sculptured nails that it was a misunderstanding. I called this salon to schedule a waxing and was told that they couldn't quote a price, they had to see my legs and crotch first to determine how much. I have been getting waxing services for decades now, both here in Columbus and on the east coast and I have never once been told they charged by the hair.
