My first time going was great, and my gel mani lasted the two weeks it should. My second gel mani was horrible. The gel was uneven in places, my cuticles were cut, and it didn't last. I decided to not get my gel manis there after that. For $40+, you'd expect a great mani consistently. Between visits, I also got my eyebrows waxed. My first few times were great. I went on Monday and got burnt. I have now scabbed and wanted them to know they should probably turn their heat down on the wax. Instead of apologizing and saying they will, they tried to say no one else has had a problem, my skin is thin, etc. I tried to explain in the five years of getting my brows waxed this has never happened. Then, the woman I was talking to walked away and the man I was also talking to put in his head phones. No one told me what was happening. The woman came back with Neosporin. I told them I didn't need Neosporin, and again, I just wanted them to turn the heat down. Unfortunately, the conversation came down to me saying I will not be returning. Only then did they try to offer a refund, free mani/pedi, or for me to take the Neosporin with me. They lost a customer simply because they can't say sorry and turn down the wax heat. Read Less
