I'm new to the Dayton area so I was really picky about which nail salon I wanted to go to. This was my first visit to Lounge Nail and I must say I will NOT be going anywhere else. The wait time was a little long today but it's Friday and I swear it's worth the wait. The staff was SUPER friendly. The place is extremely inviting and the music isn't bad by any means. I visited as a walk in at 6:45pm. A bridal party was checking in at the same time, at least some of them. I was asked to sign in and pick out a color. Even though some of the bridal party members were not on time, as much as half an hour behind the rest of the group, I sat and waited for 1 hour being told that they were finishing up. Another customer was also waiting. I believe she had an appointment. Eventually an employee came up and asked her if she could come back another time. At this point we both left. I understand that appointments will be serviced first but if you can't take additional customers, then say so instead of having them wait and then be asked to come back another time. I think you lost two customers last night. Today, I was able to walk in on a Friday night at the newer salon across the street, where they gave me the best experience. Read Less

Absolutely my favorite nail place! They do a wonderful job and are so nice. My girlfriends and I have gone twice now and the second time the staff remembered us and welcomed us back. I haven't found a place I enjoy going to this much in a long time. Read Less

Best nail salon I've ever been to! I was staying for a day in the area on my way home to Michigan. After navigating to 2 other places that didn't seem good, I landed here. So glad I found it. Fabulous pedi experience here! A warning of potential delay as a walk-in proved a non-issue; I was seated very quickly. This was probably the most attentive and relaxing pedicure I've ever had. Plenty of regulars came in while I was there, and they were all greeted warmly by name. The salon is clean, inviting, and relaxing. Prices are very reasonable and the experience is well-worth it. My sister and I walked in to get a pedicure at Perfection Nail Spa located at 1724 Battleground Ave Greensboro, NC today and the nail tech said they could not do a pedicure right now. She then said she could not do a pedicure today they were full. I went to my car and called. It was funny that they suddenly had two openings for a pedicure today. The first tech said they were booked without even looking at the appointment book. When I spoke to someone (a man) via phone, I asked him how did they have appointments now because when I walked in I was told they were booked for today. I loved my acrylic nails with gel polish that I had done here. Then, when I came back for the fill in, a different girl did them. They felt a bit on the thin side, but I didn't think too much of it. In less than 3 days, they were all lifting at the corners and one came off completely. I was not happy. It was a shame too, because the location, staff, and salon are all lovely. But I'm used to having my acrylic fill ins last for 2-3 weeks, not 2-3 days. Read Less

There are 2 Anna's and I go to the one affectionately called "Banana". I love her. She is fun to talk to and does an excellent job on these old feet and does a great job on these hands when I decide to treat myself. Great environment and the shoulder/neck massage after a manicure is a great added feature. Read Less

I saw some of the negative posts, we also waited, but it was worth it! My daughter and I came in on a Sunday, so no appointments. The nail tech that I had did an amazing job. One of the best manicures I've had. It was perfect until my nails grew out. Loved it. Thank you!!! Read Less

I didn't have an appointment today & because it's a day before a holiday, they were booked. I asked when I could come back & the owner came out, spoke with me very kindly, and not only decided to take me on as a client but recommended the best product for the service I wanted. I used to never bother to get my nails done unless for a special event or something and I would just do French tip acrylics. Now I get them done here every 2 weeks and I get the sns. It is amazing and they are so long and healthy. This is the best nail place hands down. Love this place ! :) I will keep coming here and only here for my nails. Read Less

***UPDATE*** Logan offered to fix my nails and make sure they were to my liking. He did an excellent job and convinced me to do SNS instead of gel polish to strengthen my nails and help them grow. I've been back twice and I will continue to go back to Logan. He is very professional, helpful, and knowledgeable about the product and nails. Thanks Logan! ... I paid $22 with tip for shellac nails and I wouldn't go back. The girl was very inexperienced and filed my nails so short even when I asked her to stop.
