Requested a manicure and fill-in. Nail tech (Kim) did the fill-in BEFORE the manicure which was against my wishes. The finished job was horrible! When the tech finished it looked like I needed another fill-in. When I came back the next day the owner made me feel like it was my fault for the horrible outcome. I loved this place the first time I came, and felt like they did a great job. I came a second time and had a long wait because only one person in the whole place does acrylic and dipped nails. Then the following day one of my nails that I paid 45 dollars for cracked. I came in to have it fixed and sat and waited for an hour, and watched other people who came in after me get taken care of before they would repair my one nail. Needless to say, I won't be back. Edit: I wanted to update my review-- After 2.5 weeks my gel nails were still holding on strong. No chips or spots where the gel was coming up-- I ended up taking them off only because the growth at the base of my nail was getting so noticeable! I'm so impressed. Very impressed with my experience at Bellagio. I went to get gels put on during my lunch break at work a week ago and they still look great today! I was in and out so fast (at my request), I was initially worried about how they would hold up as the week goes on. As you can see the only thing "wrong" with them is my growth showing. No chips, no areas where it is peeling up-- and I pick at my nails/cuticles a lot, so if there was a loose spot I would have found it. He did a pretty good job on my nails concidering I asked a lot. I was there for a fill in and polish change but I also wanted my length taken down as well as the shape to be more defined. I have a stilleto shape and it wasn't quite as sharp as I had wanted so he fixed that for me. A few things that bothered me was that he said 'this is going to be a lot of work for me' in the beginning and continuously let out heavy sighs while he was shaping my nails. I get it, I asked for a lot and it kind of sucked but vent about it later man, not right in front of me. Then I noticed a few weird foggy spots on two of my nails after I had already left. They're not that noticeable so I'm not very bothered by them and the edges under a few nails are a little rough but i do like the shape a lot. Read really good reviews and was excited to try this place out! I enjoyed the basic pedicure especially the hot towels wrapped around your legs! But my friend and I had made appts for the same time and I was half way done with my service before they even started hers. The top coat was put on sloppy so the edges got hard around my skin/cuticle. I got this pedi because I was leaving for vacation but I didn't get 3 days into my vacation before one of the polished nails chipped off entirely due to the sloppy top coat... They cut my friend and I three times each and made her bleed so bad he had to stop doing them and clean it. They charged us $40 and our nails are crooked and uneven. I will never go back. I wish I would have walked out they were so bad. Nice decor and Christmas music though... Read Less

Not going again! I've had acrylics for 20 years and this place was terrible! Unprofessional staff, too busy playing around to focus on my nails, charged WAY more than anywhere I've gone in all my experience and my nails looked terrible! Came here for a gel manicure and pedicure. The pedicure was pretty good. A different girl started to do my manicure---poor cuticle cutting, buffing etc. after she put on the first few layers of gel polish, you could see the bumps and dust bits left behind from buffing under the nails. I asked her to take it off as it did not look good. I was still charged for a manicure, and an extra $5 dollars for removing the gel polish I had on before. So in total I paid for a pedicure, manicure, and gel removal yet left the salon with only a pedicure.
