After leaving the salon without being helped I will never be returning. I’ve been going to this place for almost 2 years now and was very pleased with their service in the past. I walked in a little before 6:30 just wanting a gel color change. I waited for about a half an hour and then my boyfriend went up and asked one of the employees how long the wait was and he was told that they actually didn’t have enough time to do my nails and to come back another time. I wish this was told to me when I had signed in. Two others signed in after me and they were picking out colors, so were they going to be helped? I called them and they said that for my moms full set of French tip acrylics it would be $35 and for my full set acrylics it starts at $30. I didn’t get them shaped and I got them fairly short and after my mom get her eyebrows waxed ($10) and a $10 tip they charged us $105?!! Nail salons are supposed to make you feel relaxed and pampered, right? Especially one that has the phrase "be pampered" in their name. Well... as much as I enjoyed my time, I would not go back. First my booking experience was AWFUL. I called to make my appointment and said "Hi! Do you have any availability this Thursday at 11 for a mani/pedi?" All the person on the phone said was "Yes." And then I said "Ok! Great! I'd like to make an appointment!" "Ok." They responded. "So... what information do you need from me?" "Well I need your name." The lady said. "Of course! My name is Jackie. Do you need anything else from me?" I asked. "No." the lady responded and she promptly hung up. I was shocked. So this did not set me up with high expectations for my experience. I will say that my pedicure was fantastic. The massage chair was relaxing, the leg massage he gave me was wonderful, and my toes looked great. However, the guy doing my nails slipped a pair of the flimsy flip flops on my feet, pointed towards the middle of the room (there are like 8 manicure stations in the middle of the room) and left me to clumsily stumble my way down from the pedicure chair. I had no idea where he wanted me to sit for my manicure, so I just guessed. The manicure was the time in which I did not feel relaxed. First, the man doing my nails spoke only a few words of English, which was awkward when it came time to pay (I had no idea he was asking me to pay...which by the way was half way through my manicure...I have never experienced that before!) And then during my manicure I just sat there awkwardly in silence as he did my manicure. All attempts I made to converse were not reciprocated, and that was disappointing and frustrating! I just felt awkward and uncomfortable, and I can't imagine that the manicurist didn't feel awkward too. I felt so bad! My nails were beautiful however. The salon is clean and pretty. Was in town for a visit with my daughter and made a last minute decision to get manicures. Staff was very friendly and for a busy Saturday morning we had very quick and great service. We were in seat with less than 5 minute wait and done and dried in under 1 hour. We both did Basic service with French tip up charge and love the service we received. Read Less

I have had many wonderful experiences here but the last two have left me with a mani and pedi that looked like they were done by an 8 year old. Yesterday was the worst...french manicure that looks so bad I am embarassed to go to work today! I will have to go to another salon to get it fixed. It is really aggravating to spend $100 and not love what you got! Oh, and, the nail beds and cuticles of my fingers are SORE! I called and made an appointment and described the services I wanted. I was placed with someone who only knows how to do manicures. I had to sit and wait for 30 minutes for a qualified tech became available which is ridiculous! Only 4 techs in the ENTIRE salon is qualified to do acrylic nails. I called around 6:40 to make sure it was ok still come( being considerate of the fact that they close at 7:30) and the guy told me it was fine to come on, I was only 5 mins away. When I got there the guy that actually took me and did my nails was not nice and very rude. He was rushing and my nails at the end (which I didn't notice until I left) looked horrible! This place was recommended by a friend, and her nails look nice from the girl that has done hers a few times. But this guy was mad that I was there close to closing I guess, which made my experience not so pleasant. Not to mention this place is a little on the pricey side. Saw a bunch of other positive reviews so decided to try this place out. It is just as good as every says it is. I got a gel manicure which usually lasts me about 2-3 weeks but this one lasted for almost a full 4 weeks before I started getting chips. The woman who did my nails, I forget her name, was friendly and engaged in conversation with me. Before I went, I looked at prices online and while it seemed expensive, I thought it would be worth it for a quality service. I ended up paying much less than I thought I would ($38 vs $55). Today I walked in and was happy to get a manicure and gel polish with Melanie, she did a GREAT job. She was very gentle when shaping my nails and trimming my cuticles and my nails look awesome! I got a gel manicure at the Centerville location before my vacation. Not even a week later, my gels started chipping. 3 big chips and 5 small ones. Since I was on vacation and pretty much laying around with no cooking or cleaning, I was extremely disappointed. As soon as I arrived back home, I went to the Beavercreek location, since it is actually closer to my home, to see if they could repair the chips. They repaired my nails right away. They were kind and courteous and did not make me feel bad for coming in for the repairs. They worked hard to help me find the right color to match the original gels. They also took their time to get the nails done right. No sloppy or quick job. Much appreciated! My mother-in-law also frequents this Beavercreek location for pedicures. I'd give this place one star, but the staff is so kind and accommodating that I figured they deserve two. I really wanted to love this place as it is right by my new house. I've been getting acrylic nails with shellac overlay for almost 4 years. I recently moved and read the great reviews online. Went in for a fill with shellac only to have it begin chipping two days later. I chalked it up as a fluke and went in for a fix done by a new technician free of charge. Same night, same thing! So I go back a THIRD time, at this point a little irritated, fixed by now the male technician, and it's now started chipping just 4 days later! I typically wear my nails 2-3 weeks and have RARELY encountered any chips at all in the past four years. Although I don't know what their doing wrong, I'm thoroughly disappointed in their services. This place is great.  My technician did a great job and asked me if I wanted to upgrade the mani and pedi but didn't pressure me at all.  Everyone was very friendly and the shop is really clean.  Tons of color options for both regular polish and gel.  It is maybe a little bit pricey for my budget to go regularly (the be pampered mani and pedi with gel polish for both was around $90) but I love to go when I want to splurge or have gift cards. I have been to many nail salons. I can honestly say that this is one of the best that I have been to. There are plenty of nail places closer to my house, but I choose to drive farther to come here. The staff is friendly, it's clean, and generally the wait time isn't long. They have a great selection of colors, both regular nail polishes and shellac. This is my go-to spot for mani/pedi and eyebrows! The environment is wonderful and the ladies do a great job. I have been to fancier salon's and received below average results. I got a gel mani and pedi last year before I went on vacation to FL and both lasted two weeks and didn't chip! I recommend this place to everyone that asks for a good place to have their nails done! Just had a gel mani yesterday and have had several manis & pedis here before which have always been very good. This one was not - it was painful, way too rushed and my left hand was not set when the lotion was applied with very little massage.  My cuticles are still red & raw & the French tips thick & uneven. I've been to my fair share of nail salons throughout this country... Be Pampered Nail Spa is probably one of the best I've been to! The salon manager/owner is a very nice man who makes small talk with his clients (seated at the front of the salon or even while getting their nails done). Something else I really liked was that clients sign in, in the order they arrive. I liked it, and it was very efficient. In terms of location, it's amazing. There's ample parking and the salon is so extremely easy to get to. There's no way you can get lost! And I'm from out of state!It was my Engagement Ceremony weekend so I brought my FSIL, sister and cousin to get our nails done. I was egging for a nice experience to kick off the week of festivities- especially since my family didn't know C's family. Who doesn't like to get pampered? I could ramble, but overall, the technicians seemed very knowledgeable in their art. Each person in my party received the attention/care they needed to get their nails done. Got a mani/pedi gift certificate from a friend for helping her plant her spring garden (an all day event!) but waited until August to use it.  I'd been satisfied with my salon in Kettering and liked the fact that it was conveniently close to my home and fairly easy to get an appointment.  I didn't realize what I was missing!My friend told me to ask for Ann, so made the appointment with her.  She was waiting for me when I arrived and was very pleasant to chat with.  I was impressed with her excellent English (she's Vietnamese) and the cleanliness of the salon itself. The "thrones" are comfy and plentiful and I got the best pedicure!  I've have a hard time in the past getting some of my nail techs to cut my nails as short as I'd like but Ann cut them perfectly.  I decided to try the warm paraffin pedi and ... MAN!   It was the best pedi I'd ever had!  The hot towels on your shins/calves was wonderful!  If this place had a liquor license they'd be swamped!  : DAfter my pedi it was on to the fill/manicure. Ann suggested my doing an acrylic overlay with an airbrush French which she finished off with the clear baked-on gel overlay.  I'd never had that done that way but my nails looked amazing!  And the manicure lasted 4 WEEKS!  I was sold!I've since changed salons and will gladly make the 20+ minute drive to have my nails done by a true pro.  You won't be disappointed.
