Sherry edens is a genius and does wonders to hair and she will never steer you wrong. I won't let anyone else do my hair. I have been going to her for more than 13 years.

If you bought a groupon/livingsocial here: BEWARE! I got a livingsocial deal for a massage and I was ignored repeatedly. I would call and call and leave voice mails and no one ever got back to me. It was obvious that I was being flat out ignored.

I saw Holly at this salon and she was awesome! I wanted to get several things done, one of which was the Groupon mani and pedi. She scheduled me for the other services and said she will reach out to the nail tech personally, since we kept getting her voicemail. Holly called me back and said the nail tech is fully booked but she herself would be happy to do my nails for me. She is super sweet and ended up spending several hours with me at the salon to get everything done. It wasn't like the other salons, where they are too busy and important to deal with you. I agree with the other reviewers on the Groupon, though. If they can't honor it, at least call me back and let me know what my options are. It's just bad for business to ignore customers.
