I moved to Atlanta a year ago and tried 4 different nail salons before discovering Piedmont Nails & Spa. Awful experience. From walking in the door and not enough room to even turn around to nail techs being extremely unorganized, LONG wait (told the wait was 10-15 mins but didn't get started until 45 mins later), salon up charges for everything($3 extra for glitter polish?!?!, $3 extra for shaping?!?!) and prices are already high...$45 for a regular SNS manicure???? Got SNS and had to get one nail redone about 4 times, nails are lumpy and uneven and extra thick....SNS manicure and regular spa pedicure took almost 3 hours....will NEVER EVER return.Read Less

I give two stars because I finally found my favorite SNS lady, JJ here! I tip well and I am a regular customer with full intentions of coming here forever!!!! Today I picked up a TOGO order across the street at Flying Biscuit. I waited outside for my order, then brought it across the street and ate my food outside of the nail salon. I parked my car at exactly 11:33am, and my nail appointment was at 12noon. I waited OUTSIDE for my togo order and at 12:09 sat down to eat a few ...bites (3 mins) before going inside to Piedmont Nails to get my SNS and Pedicure. I came outside to a boot on my car and informed management that I had a nail appointment for noon, called and said I would be 10 mins late while I was waiting outside for my togo order. After I got my nails done I see the boot on my car as I am trying to leave. I go inside and speak with management and they inform me that they cannot help me. The company that booted me lied and said I was inside eating across the street for over an hour which is a blatant lie. Not only did they try and say that I parked my car there at 11am when I parked at 11:33am, they said that it's my responsibility to inform them that I am running across the street. I am not taking advantage of the system. I was respectful and waited outside, ordered togo, ate my food on the premises, and not only had an appointment, but paid $82 for SNS and pedicure and then tipped both people $10 each, the boot company lied about the times and length of time I was parked there, and then had to pay $75 to get a boot taken off of my car after management told me there is nothing they can do! I am from Douglasville & was looking for a nice place in Midtown or Downtown bc my cousin was getting married at the W downtown. We had about 7 girls who needed mani &/or pedi. I called before & set up reservations & the manager was so accommodating to everyone when we got there. At first they didn't sit the bride near her bridesmaids & the bride got upset so my nail technician went to her & asked the lady doing the brides nails if she'd move closer to the bridesmaids... Th...e Bride's nail technician said "no", when my nail technician asked, so my nail tech went to the manager & the manager made sure she moved. I can't say enough good things about this place after just one experience. The parking does suck but the manager physically goes outside & helps find parking. Amazing customer service...
